For a budget hotel it's excellent value.plenty to choose from at food sittings.but try to avoid sausage and bacon at breakfast not great but omelettes available at the grill.staff our friendly and rooms all exactly the same and cleaned every day. 2 pools and seating at pool bar cocktails and wine not great but spirit measures are Hugh.and tropical lager is good.also 1 minutes walk to the beach so go for it

We are currently staying at the Beverly Park Hotel and Spa. Let me just say that this is our 4th stay here over the past 5 years and we have loved it every time. So when the borders reopened after covid, naturally we couldn't wait to come back. I'm sad to say that things have changed, and not for the better. First things first: When we arrived check in was easy and we were given a beautiful pool view room... The cleaning ladies are brilliant and room is made up every day without fail. The hotel is stunning and we noticed a new addition if the kids pool which is lovely. However....... The hotel has a issue with people hogging/reserving sunbeds, often for hours with no one using them... There is no where near enough beds to go round for everyone given the numbers here currently so why is the management allowing this??? If you are not down on a sunbed by 9.30am then you can forget getting a sunbed. The management should do a 45 minute rule.. If you are not on that bed for 45 minutes, your towel should be removed to allow someone else the chance to use it. The management is allowing selfishness and its not fair. Secondly: the hotel is geared towards a certain clientèle .... The French. Hardly any staff speak English here but do speak French, and if you are English you are often ignored. The food labels in the dinning Hall are in Spanish and have no translation... Asking someone for translation is pointless as they just look at you blankly. The food is hit and miss now, breakfast is often the best meal time here in terms of variety. We also had an incident whereby my partner was sat at a dinner table waiting for me and a older French male sat down with him and refused to move as he wanted that table....there was other tables free but because he wanted THAT specific table he refused to move. My partner ended up arguing with him. His wife turned up, saw what her husband had done and shouted at him and walked away.. Leaving her husband there refusing to move. I arrived, saw what happened and decided to just move... No point arguing over a table. The point was a staff member witnessed the whole thing and didn't interject at all... Just shrugged her shoulders. Needless to say the whole experience here has been okay but tinged with moments of problems and frustration. We won't be coming back which is a shame as this place held fond memories.

Currently been waiting half an hour for breakfast although meant to open at half 7 reception have said it is 8 o'clock. So went back to the room to show the ticket they gave us which in fact states half 7. I showed him this and he said ohh I go see. He checked and said they will open in 5 mins for us. So we wait. 20minutes pass....Still nothing you can hear them in there just open the doors and let us sit down rather than lock us out curtains shut and pretend we aren't there. There is nothing more rude than being ignored. Ohh and I went back down to reception to be told they told me 5 minutes tomorrow will be half 7 but today they couldn't. No reason no nothing. Terrible service. We get in and half the food looks like it has been sat there, the beans literally looked like a slab, I don't even know how to describe the aged skin coating them. As a typical brit I still went straight in and enjoyed. The breakfast was good it's just a shame the whole service before hand that has really put me in a bad mood for the day. This comes after the day we checked which which we were told the room would be ready in 10mins. We waited a further half an hour. This was uncomfortable as we had delays with the transfer to get there and were very tired. Looking forward to a nice double room/ bed to sleep in and low and behold it is 2 single beds pushed together, I actually fell down the gap in the night and hurt my ankle. Surely if you ask for a double room and pay for one you don't expect 2 single beds. Let's hope the rest can be redeemed but it has been a very frustrating start so far. I would say the staff are polite and nice however maybe a bit of training on customer service would not go a miss. I look forward to your response as the people I have complained to so far have not seemed bothered to rectify anything.

Stayed in a suite for 10 nights. Smell of a dirty rag or stagnant water in the room for entire stay. Breakfast: The egg chefs were extremely rude to the guests especially the black guy. Both egg chefs need to be removed from interaction with the guests. Dining room staff were unfriendly. Food was only adequate. Bar service and staff was good. Fernando was very customer friendly. Reception staff not as friendly and helpful as one would expect. Would not advise anyone to book this hotel.

Este hotel está categorizado de 4 estrellas superior, dudo que llegue a 3. La recepcionista Judith, cansadisima de trabajar ahí, no nos dijo nada del gimnasio, ni del parking ni del spa, nada.. suerte de Sasha que fue estupenda con nosotros. En tema habitaciones me parece fuerte que no hayan enchufes, solo 1 y al lado de la tele y otro en el wc, tienes que pedir un alargo en recepción. Judit nos dijo que estaban todos ocupados .. pero su compañera nos busco uno rápidamente. Otro tema, el de la limpieza, eso si es pésimo, no había champú y el jabón recargable agotado, pensando que al día siguiente nos lo pondrían, pues no..también tuvimos que pedir las toallas, de 5 días que estuvimos solo nos hicieron la cama, ni barrieron ni fregaron ni hicieron el baño, las camas.. una dura como una piedra y la otra era un saco de lana, echas con prisa y mal. Tema cena y desayuno, si te gustan los huevos fritos tienes suerte porque lo demás .. deja que desear y no hablemos de la cena, poca variedad, toda la carne seca excepto la que te hacen al momento. Y no estés más de 2 minutos haciendo cola porque viene Celia y te recoge la mesa en un plis plás, habiendo mvl y todo. En fin... hay más hoteles en la zona, muy bonita la piscina de agua Salada y escasa animación,
