Ok so I didn't want to have to make this review, but Marriott gave me no choice. They have NOT done anything to make this right. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen, plus another regular room. The lobby was nice - bright and clean looking. That's as far as the good went. We stayed at this hotel - hell, for two nights that were horrendous. As soon as we found another facility - we LEFT. We complained at the front desk but the Manager never called us while we were there. We left in the night and she never called after we left. We contacted Marriott customer service and they did nothing but tell me that the manager would call us. She hasn't. She refunded us for the night we left - but did nothing about the horrendous disgusting time we stayed. We couldn't find a place over the weekend for 3 rooms of people. We had family events and reunions planned and spent way too much time dealing with this, taking away precious family time. So, what did we endure? Filth, debris on the floors, moldy sippee cup behind the curtains, old toys and tiny choking hazards ( we had a toddler in the room who could have picked up anything) The kitchen had BLACK MOLD inside. The floors were dirty. The couch was broken down and belonged in the dumpster. The police roamed the halls for suspicious persons etc. The worst part? That was the MICE that were running around our room. We had a long day and returned to the room to relax before bedtime, and saw MICE running under the sofa!!! The front desk said the mice were in most of the rooms. They didn't even have any mouse traps to catch them. We stuffed towels under the door to the baby's room so they wouldn't crawl on her. We had no where to go. The next day we found another hotel and moved out immediately. Marriott still charged us full price. No one has contacted me. I have had to call customer service over and over. They say their policy is NO REFUNDS. They said they could give me some Marriott Reward points to cover 1 night in another hotel. SERIOUSLY. I only attached 6 photos, but there are more. Marriott didn't seem to think my issue was worth more than a few Marriott Points. I am very disappointed. The manager has NOT contacted me - aside from 1 email telling me that she resolved the issue. I will say the staff was nice. But they couldn't do anything to fix the problems. No managers were around over the weekend. There was a woman named Karen in the breakfast room that was kind and did her job well. But, if there are mice in all the rooms - I bet they are in the kitchen.
