Hotel parking is ridicules, however there us ample parking right next to hotel £14.00 for 24 hours. Reception area was clean and tidy and check in was fast and straightforward. Rooms clean and they come with a fan which was fantastic. Beds were ok. Location was fantastic. Would definitely go back again.

I was truly disappointed with the hotels services E.g The WiFi was not working in the bedrooms and only in the lobby.The receptionist were not that polite.My daughter who is deaf was told when she complained about the WiFi and she was told that it’s not the hotels responsibility for the WiFi.

預約了兩大一小，到後講無房給我，只有雙人房，我答我就係book雙人房，她們話雙人房不能有小朋友，叫我同Trip.com退錢。我話但trip.com顯示得我先book,甘我而家加錢book多間她又答無房，最後我理論左好耐就安排雙人房加叠床給我，希望trip.com了解清楚此酒店能入住人數，以免有下一個受害者。

To place a well maintained hotel right next to my ideal destination of the Blackpool Pleasure Beach, you can't go wrong for a good value hotel.

We were down for weekend away we had stayed here just before first lock down and had to leave early (my choice) so always wanted to come back

The place was so clean and the staff are approachable. It was nice and enjoyable experience with my friends. Also, the hotel was very convenient for the amusement park , the beach and others.

Great location, nice staff, good amenities & facilities. We loved our stay here! Very near to all tourist attractions as well and the breakfast is super. The only hard part for us is the parking. Its very small. Not enough spaces for big cars

What a fabulous hotel right beside the sea next to sandcastle waterpark free parking for disabled guests on site friendly reception good restaurant selling food drinks and breakfast plus information leaflets and vending machine my room was no 1 ground floor spacious room double bed 2 chairs desk tea coffee facilities and TV plus rail and storage for clothes and shoes radiator in room nice bright room bathroom spacious walk in shower toilet sink with rails and fresh white towels plus view of pleasure Beach from windows Will definitely be back cheap and cheerful
