I have stayed at liesak resort on Saturday with my finance and we had the best weekend experience We booked luxury suit room though phone that compliment diner ,breakfast ,steam sun ,boat riding swimming with relaxing massage and the receptionist was rally polite and help full we gat Saturday at the resort 12 pm and our room was ready as they promised the bile boys were helpful they help as with our lags . We get the room clean and beautiful l take shower, the bathroom was nit and we called room service and ordered lunch we really impressed that they have many variety of food to select even row meet we have our lunch on the perfect timing . Then we go downstairs to take some photos and tour the garden it was amazing view, we rid a boat with my fiancé in the actual lake we take picture the sunset, clean air that was refreshing finally they invite as a barbeque diner in the open space beside the lake that was great un forgettable moment the lake was enjoyable I really recommend this resort to get your quality service.

The worst experience ever!!! I booked the so called suite room for 200USD per day on a Tuesday. They said it is different from the standard room, for the jacuzzi and the massage included. Arrived on a Saturday as per my booking and made the payment. It was a nice spacious room. But the shower was not functional and didn’t have warm water… the jacuzzi was a functional jacuzzi (they said so) but with broken handle… no warm water. Couldn’t fill the tub even with the amount of water that comes out… Even the maintenance guy could not get the warm water to work… I was told that the water was warm enough for a jacuzzi but it was literally cold and I hated them arguing over the temperature of the water when in fact even the shower was not working… There was water leakage in the room at night when it was heavily raining… I though the ceiling was gonna come down didn’t sleep at all… they didn’t even apologize or try to offer some compensation…
