The hotel is in an excellent location. The free on-site parking is great. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are all very warm and welcoming, friendly and helpful. Even though it is next to a pub, the was no noise. The rooms vary in size,but are all made to feel comfortable. The restaurant is lovely, we had breakfast and were very happy with it.

My husband and I travelled from Australia to see the last ever live concert of Ozzy Osborn and Black Sabbath. After a long journey, we were greated by Jade at reception and she immediatly put a smile on our face. She is the most lovely and welcoming person, the hotel is so lucky to have her! We saw her interacting with other guests with the same respect and warmness she did with us. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning, and whilst it was extremely busy, Di worked so hard to make sure everyone was welcomed in, seated, food ordered, buffet topped up and tables cleared, all while taking the time to chat and make each guest feel special and ask about their day. She truly did an amazing job keeping the breakfast service afloat. Of course, the cooked (vegetarian!) breakfast was lovely, thank you to Millie in the Kitchen!

Can't fault this hotel . Plenty of free parking . Refurbished rooms , really lovely. Spotlessly clean room.and bathroom. Made to feel very welcome and Valued by the friendly guy on reception. A credit to the company in my eyes . Hotel right next door to a Toby carvery. We ate in there for dinner and I booked breakfast in there too . However there's breakfast offered in the hotel. It's a twenty minute drive into Birmingham city centre. However traffic has to be taken into consideration, as you're near Edgebaston cricket grounds and if they're playing then it can cause a lot of traffic. All in all a very good stay and will definitely stay again when in the area .

We have been staying at this hotel annually for the past four years. It is well situated for our weekend activities and the service provided is excellent. Thank you to Jade, Lady DI and Tracey. See you again next year.

I couldn't find it to start with, had to call and spoke to Steve who gave me good direction, much better than SatNav!!! On arrival had a good chat to Steve who was the loveliest person ever. He deserves a bonus! I had a brilliant night's sleep in a lovely bed followed by a fantastic breakfast to start the day. Well done to all, definitely well recommended and would stay there again

Great hotel, clean and tidy. Lots of parking spaces. Briilliant friendly helpful staff. Room was great lots of space, beds were super comfy. And the excellent breakfast topped it all off.
