Bila Vista Kirra Beachside Apartments

A great family friendly venue - modern with all the things you need for a great holiday - walking distance to beach, pool, in-house laundry, ensuite, items to take to the beach, kitchen loaded with all the utensils etc you need to cook in house. Would book again!

Outstanding hospitality from booking to check out. The complex is gorgeous with a tropical feel, heated pool and spa area. Rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfortable sheets and pillows too! Great overall location within a short walk of airport, beach and cafes. Access is security controlled for peace of mind. Friendly team who went above and beyond.

Came for a weekend with friends but will hopefully be back in the future with the family/kids! The location is brilliant, short walk to the beach, cafes/restaurants etc .. great value for money, Brad was super helpful and great communicator.

Very private. Lovely and spacious. 2 Bdrm fully equipped apartment. Large front deck. 3 Heat Pumps. Washing machine and dryer. Close to Kirra shops. 7 mins from airport. Handy to bus 700 to Strand and Tweed Heads Shopping centre. Bus 600 from there to Tweed City Mall. Great location.

Unfortunately, the stay was overshadowed by the poor mattresses in the apartment. They were as old as the apartment which is 23 years old. The queen bed sagged in the middle and it was like trying to sleep on a recliner chair. My partner and myself woke up sore and tired every day. They had tried to improve the comfort of the mattress with a mattress topper, but this did not change 7cm sage in the mattress and springs that were past their use by date. The single mattresses in the other room were like sleeping directly on the springs. Unfortunately, you spend a third of your time in bed so a mattress is something that should be a priority. The Wi-Fi was poor and trying to watch Netflix was impossible. Overall, the apartment needs some work, and the above issues need to be addressed.

Although it was a brief stay, the family and I enjoyed ourselves at these apartment whilst holidaying. Location was great close and short drive to shops and short walk to the beach. The pool and spa were clean and well maintained for use in the evening when we just wanted a nice dip. The receptionist Brad went above and beyond to accommodate us at check in and was very friendly and helpful upon check out. The apartments were clean and functioning and all items required whilst staying were provided for. Would most certainly recommend this place to families and will likely return and when we are back there for our next holiday. The resident kittens are adorable too!

Love Bila Vista - close to airport, beach, surf club and easy walk to Coolangatta. Beautiful pool and spa and well-maintained gardens. Spacious apartments. Secure accommodation. Have been coming to Bila Vista for many years. Lovely Manager

The hotel was extremely well presented and clean, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchedn well stocked with plenty of cook ware and utensils. The manage Brad wa sextremely helpfull after a misunderstanding with my booking he weent out of his way to get it all sorted ASAP!!

The unit apartment we stayed have complete amenities, but unfortunately we were given unit apartement on the second floor and no lift so quite tiring to walk up and down especially for family with little kids. The unit is spacious, with enough seating area, but the carpet and ceiling fans is a bit dusty. There isn’t anybody in the office and nobody pickup the phone either so its hard to ask if you need anything. Location is very good and close to lovely Kira beach, less crowded compared to surfers paradise area and also close to airport.
