Family staycation was a success- kids had fun at the water park. Love that they allow you to use the facilities into the next afternoon after checkout as we were only there an hour before close the night we stayed. Microwave and fridge in the rooms a plus. We will be back!

Stay here if you don't mind fire alarms going off at 3:10 am and 7:15am. Service staff handle this like no issue wow very poor training and staff. Multiple outlets in the rooms didn't work blankets had holes in them. Debating just canceling the last night of the stay only thing is kids are enjoying water park.

Super kid friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable weekend. Food was good. Rooms were clean and quiet. Water park was everything and more than the kids could hope for. Arcade was also great entertainment for them. Definitely would stay there again.

Personally for how expensive the hotel is (more than $200 nightly on the weekend), I would not stay here again. The carpet throughout the hotel needed a good scrubbing (or replacement). There were multiple stains in the carpet in our room. The top sheet on one of the beds had holes in it, my mattress had a huge groove in it (also needed to be replaced IMO). Our toilet ran all night, the fridge in our room was loud. The bathroom had been updated and painted recently but they forgot part of the wall. The ceiling was falling down in the vending machine area and overall cleanliness of the hotel was not great. On the plus side, check in was fast and the staff seemed great. There is a water park and it’s in a nice area. Seems to be there is an opportunity for a new hotel in this part of the metro as there are limited options.

I've stayed here several times because of the waterpark. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly and I love that they let us bring our dog. It's only 40 minutes outside of the Twin Cities so the drive isn't too bad for the little one.

We stayed here over the weekend with my family. We had been here before when this was Holiday Inn. I can tell you the two experiences could not have been more different. First the room, when we are talking beds, nobody wants to find "hair" in the bed sheets when you move the comforter for the first time. We found hair in every bed. The water park has been worn and can tell needed some repairs that are being neglected. Further, there were not enough tubes for even half or quarter the people there. When you must beg for a tube so your family can enjoy their stay it’s tough. We were at the pool for two hours and my family all complained our lungs hurt from the chemical smells. Its unfortunate because this was a great memory for us, and to see where it has gone is a disappointment.

The hotel room was very unfinished. The molding in the bathroom was missing. The fridge was just sitting in the middle of the entry way. The light fixtures felt very incomplete. The design layout was very awkward. It very cold and unwelcoming. The actual temperature of the room was humid and felt damp most of the night. The check in time is too late to really be able to use the water park without feeling rushed. Overall the price is the room felt 30% too expensive for what you got. We would not stay here again. We spent all of august traveling staying at Wyndham hotels and they were all very nice, this location did not match the quality of our other stays.

Do not stay here. Dirty. Beds are so old. Door would not close properly. Stairs and sidewalks holes everywhere for twisting ankles. But most of all dirty, tired, tiny towels, pillows are stinky, just gross.
