practice blogging, perhaps this is part of the first point, maybe in a general journal way. One thing that might help you would be to write about the classes you have taken. “My review of Physics 104 at ASGSDFHER university, a class by class account”. You would discuss what you thought was useful, what you learned and later what you should have learned. This blog might be for others but would be useful for you to study for exams.
Travel, staying in, and visiting hotels.
Once you have experience in those things, then you could start an effective travel blog.
In my town, there are a few hotels with restaurants and fitness clubs. I could use those without seeing a room. This would give me some idea of the basics of hotels: amenities, parking lot and access to your room or the parking lot.
Honestly, if you not traveling professionally, and so using a variety of hotels, you probably won’t have enough experience to write a good blog.
I like camping. I wouldn’t attempt a review of camp sites until I had experience of 20 parks and camp sites. Or maybe if I stayed at several campsites at the same park. I love Killbear Provincial Park in Ontario, Canada, and I know it well enough to describe some of the camping areas. I know that some are limited-artificial noise areas where radios are not allowed. Others are slightly more oriented to (mild) parties. But I don’t know enough Provincial Parks to write a good blog.
