I spent one night here during a vacation with my wife. Beautiful property (best location and layout I have ever seen) but poor experience for multiple reasons: (1) When we arrived there was no one at the door to help us with our bags and car, (2) we had booked best room in the house but couldn’t sleep all night as AC didn’t work and they wouldn’t fix it. Too much noise outside to keep window open (party people until 4am and then machines running). (3) Dinner at Michelin restaurant was disappointing. Food was creative but didn’t like the taste of any course. Waiters didn’t ask why we weren’t eating the food. (4) At the pool, we asked for a waiter and they never came. (5) When we checked out the front desk staff didn’t even ask how was our stay. When I mentioned the AC situation they offered 10K points but proceeded to charge me the 2K+ Euro night rate. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Idéalement placé, cette hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles pour moi. Même si la literie est confortable la chambre spacieuse et bien isolé du bruit de la route, la salle de bain est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Robinet très mal fixé, baignoire écaillé, joint de robinet défectueux et un rideau de douche bien à l' ancienne. Le petit déjeuner est très fourni mais pas assez de pain... Le prix esr vraiment exorbitant 21€ Pour le parking, possibilité de se garer dans la rue pour beaucoup moins cher que les 20€ du parking de l'hôtel

제 친구와 저는 비아리츠에서 멋진 5일을 보냈고 Pierre en Vacances에 묵었습니다. 우리가 도착한 순간부터 우리의 체류는 매우 기억에 남습니다. 체크인 시 Audrey는 우리를 도와줄 만큼 충분한 일을 하지 못했습니다. 그녀의 훌륭한 영어 구사력과 우리의 체류를 즐겁게 하려는 의지가 우리 휴가에 큰 변화를 가져왔습니다. 아파트는 흠잡을 데가 없었습니다. 침대는 매우 편안하고 침대 시트도 깨끗합니다. 위치가 중앙에 있고 메인 해변에서 5분 미만 거리에 있고 레스토랑과 상점에서 가깝기 때문에 이곳에 다시 머물고 싶습니다. 사랑스러운 빵집 2곳이 도보로 2분 거리에 있고 까르푸 도시가 바로 문앞에 있습니다.

Gorgeous, sumptuous hotel! We spent 10 fab nights here and even in bad weather we could sit in the most fabulous hotel bar and read and relax. Beds are good and the design of the place is just a feast for the eyes! It is a little way out of the main town - about 1km but there is a free bus every half hour N11 although it ends at 7.30pm. We never found any problem getting a taxi back up later in the evening. Loved the pool area and the attendants brought lovely lunches and cocktails on request. We are twice in the restaurant which was exceptional and the one breakfast we had was extensive and lovely too! All of the staff were focused on giving great customer service! Just lovely really and would definitely return.

We arrived Hotel Le Biarritz in the middle of the night, desperate to get a room for the night for 2 adults and 3 kids, due to our originally booked apartment hotel next door gave us cardkeys that were not activated upon arrival. The reception was closed and the telephone number in case of ”emergency” was turned off after midnight. We were warmly welcomed by a very nice man, unfortunately I do not remember his name. We got 2 rooms with a very good discount and the 3rd room for free. The children were hungry, so we asked if we could buy some snacks. He offered us pancakes. He went to the kitchen and came out with a trey full of pancakes, yoghurts, and 3 different sorts of cakes and water. He also asked if we wanted breakfast in the morning, but we were not sure we would make it in time, so he told us we can have the breakfast for free. We also had access to the pool the day after. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try it. Our rooms were small, but nice and clean. (I see from the pictures on their website that they have bigger rooms with balcony). In the morning we got breakfast while the kids were still sleeping. We then got a little basket we could bring to the room with full of croissants for the kids. If it wasn't for the already paid apartment hotel, we would have stayed in hotel Le Biarritz for the rest of our stay in Biarritz. We have never ever experienced such a nice welcoming and service in any other hotel we have stayed at before and strongly recommend this hotel for the service and location. It is located near the beach, 5 min walk. 10 min walk to the grocery store and other nice restaurant. The bus stop is also located right outside the hotel. You can also walk all the way to the city on a sidewalk right by the beach. We would definitively one back to hotel Le Biarritz.
