도심에서 20분 거리에 있는 작은 기차로 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 프론트 데스크는 항상 너무 춥습니다. 다행히 문제가 있으면 절차에 따라 제 시간에 해결됩니다. 베르네 시티 1일 티켓이 제공되며, 이는 관광 교통비를 해결할 수 있습니다. 호텔은 쇼핑몰과 연결되어 있어 식사에 전혀 문제가 되지 않습니다. 무료로 사용할 수 있는 거대한 수영장 놀이기구도 있습니다.

This hotel is a short bus ride from the main train station. The rooms are modern & ours was large. No one & no instructions on how to turn on the lights or operate the roll down shutters or anything else in the room. It was frustrating. There are large patio doors (no patio though) that open with electric roll down shutters. But our room faced busy train tracks & so leaving those doors open meant hearing VERY frequent train traffic late into the night & then starting again in the early morning. It wasn’t pleasant. Another thing to know about this hotel is the A/C is controlled & is central to the ENTIRE hotel and it’s not cool in the rooms🥵. There is NO adjusting it in your room or for your room 🥵. It is just what it is. We were advised to open our patio doors to get more air🤪. That would work if it’s cool outside AND there were not the train traffic! There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom and that just adds humidity to the room with no way to vent it. So this hotel is modern meets we don’t trust you. We would not stay here again & from now on even if the hotel says there is a/c we will have to ask the further question about who controls it & the temp.

Stayed in this hotel for two weeks during my official visit in Switzerland. Located just opposite to Schonegg Tram stop, this hotel is just 10 mins from Bern Bahnof (Railway Station). This is an old design hotel with all modern amenities. The staff at the reception are polite helpful. The room which I got was at the end of the corridor which was quite small in terms of width. The bed was also quite small. The room was giving a vibe of coziness though. The bathroom was neat and clean but was small The hotel has an in house restaurant located in the first floor. Overall the food in the menu were quite expensive. The room rent didn’t include complimentary breakfast so the breakfast was also quite expensive ( 7.5 CHF for express and 19.5 for Buffet) Positives 1. Courteous Staff 2. Free High speed Wi Fi 3. Complimentary Public Transport pass 4. Clean and Hygienic room 5. B’ful view from the window 6. Check In and Check out was smooth Negatives 1. Small room 2. Items in the mini bar were quite expensive 3. Small bed 4. Air Condition in the room was bit confusing in terms of controlled heating/cooling

Posizione ottimale per chi arriva in treno e per spostarsi in città.Vicino all’albergo c’é il crocevia di tutti tram e pulman…camere molto grandi e pulite,il personale al ricevimento è gentilissimo e disponibile alle nostre richieste.che dire?qualità prezzo ottima!!,,,,Numeri 1!!

Si buscas un hotel silencioso, con desayuno gratuito pero colapsado para desayunar tranquilo, con agua gratis en máquina, sin escritorio en habitación, sin armario para dejar la ropa, simplemente lo dejas todo al descubierto en un colgador que tienes en la habitación, con puerta compartida entre wc y el plato de ducha, es decir si cierras la puerta del wc dejas abierta la zona de plato ducha y viceversa. Cada vez que bajas o subes por escaleras o por ascensor tienes que llevar contigo la llave del hotel en la mano. El hotel se encuentra a 20 minutos del centro caminando o 7 minutos en tranvía . Tienes el edificio donde se guardan los autobuses urbanos de la ciudad con lo que la orientación de la habitación a lo mejor te importa. Si lo que buscas es todo lo contrario vete a otro hotel. Nuestra agente de viajes nos comentó que el hotel no permite reservar habitaciones con dos camas. Cuando llegamos al hotel no quedaban habitaciones de dos camas a pesar de que nuestra estancia era de cinco noches. El recepcionista se equivoco y nos quería hacer pagar otra vez la reserva, nos enseñaba con una libreta y un bolígrafo lo que debíamos como si fuéramos tontos. El secador del pelo se recalienta y comentándolo dicen que lo miraran pero que es una medida de seguridad y no obtuvimos respuesta. Todos tenemos secador del pelo en casa y no se recalienta a los dos minutos de reloj. Al final por nuestros propios medios descubrimos que utilizándolo a velocidad de tortuga en velocidad uno funcionaba eso sí perdiendo tu tiempo. Por mis comentarios se puede intuir que no volveré a este hotel por el trato recibido y porque servicios como el desayuno no tenemos que pagarlo todos los huéspedes sino solo los que queremos disfrutar de un desayuno tranquilo y en paz. Lo mejor el agua fría, el aire acondicionado. La limpieza es muy mejorable. Encontramos una mancha indescriptible en el wc cuando entramos de los anteriores huéspedes y que tardaron dos días en limpiar.Adjunto fotos. Bern의 비싼 가격으로, 이것은 하루 시작하는 절대적인 즐거움입니다. the hotel it is pretty close to the train station and the center of the city, good service and rooms, unfortunatly the restaurant was close while i was there. nice old style hotel. Didn't like a lot the fact that the windows of the room were somehow connected to a common space.

Kreuz Bern Modern City Hotel은 베른의 구시 가지에 위치하고 있습니다. 호텔의 가까운 곳에는 번데슈와 같은 베른 최고의 장소 외에 많은 상점과 레스토랑이 있습니다. 모든 것이 최대 30 분 도보 또는 단순히 대중 교통을 사용하여 완벽하게 도달 할 수 있습니다 (호텔은 버스와 트램을 많이 4 분 정도 정차하고 Bern central station는 10 분 거리에있었습니다). 우리는 또한 Bernticket을 제공 받았으며, Bern에서 대중 교통을 무료로 이용할 수있었습니다. 아침 식사는 다양한 선택으로 뷔페 스타일입니다. 객실은 좋고 편안합니다. 객실에 대한 한 가지 측의 메모는 더블 침대가 함께 배치된 싱글 침대 2개로 구성된 이래로 약간 불편하다는 것입니다. 호텔은 미니 풀 테이블과 테이블 축구가있는 놀이방과 같은 다양한 ”엔터테인먼트”객실을 제공합니다. 불행히도 방은 꽤 작고 놀이 수영장은 어렵습니다. 또한 수영장 테이블이 기울어 져있어 연극이 정확하지 않습니다. 이 외에도 호텔은 약간의 훈련을 원한다면 멋진 작은 피트니스 룸을 제공합니다 (물론 전문 체육관은 아니지만 충분합니다). 피트니스 룸에서는 작은 사우나와 샤워 시설이 있습니다. 피트니스 룸에서는 옥상에서도 접근이 가능하여 도시에서 비투피울 전망이 있습니다.

Absolutely horrible service. When checking in we discovered the booking agency made a mistake and booked two rooms in two different Sorell Hotels in Bern. Luckily this was not a poblem at first, and for 50 CHF rebooking fee we could rebook the other room of Sorell Hotel Arabel to a room at Sorell Hotel Andor. When we were checking out however we got a different member of staff who suddenly backed out of the 50 CHF fee deal and wanted us to pay for the new room in full. They basically expected us to pay for two full rooms instead of one, increasing the costs to hundreds of CHF. They were claiming the other Sorell hotel was ”independent” from this Sorell hotel (despite both being Sorell Hotels??). Only after a long time of discussion and explaining the staff went back to the original deal of 50 CHF rebooking costs. The room and breakfast are OK, The checkout staff however really put the sore in Sorell.
