로드웨이 인(Rodeway Inn)

The outside of the hotel looks nice. The lobby area is actually decent as well. Our room, not so much. Heater was broken, there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, and cereal near the bottom of the bed. The pool was nice, but the hot tub had hair in it and was a bit outdated. There maybe use to be a fitness center, there were signs for it, but no sign of it. I ended up in a downstairs area that I assume was at one time a gym, but was completely trashed and it looked like somebody had thrown a party down there (empty solo cups and vodka on the table). We asked for a late check out which the clerk said we could have. Asked if he needed our room number, said no. Then we got a call right after 11am saying we’d be charged for another night since we weren’t out of the room. We said we asked for a late check out and the woman said we should have known the time the night clerk gave us was unreasonable (2pm). We spoke with the manager, who did not charge us, and left by 11:40. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows, but the entire experience from check in to check out (leaving some stuff out) was subpar. They do accept pets, but know that it comes with a fee which we were not aware of when we booked online. If you’re looking for a cheap place to crash, probably fine, but I would definitely book the hotel down the street that I stayed in the week before (Top Notch Inn) for a few extra bucks if I was going to do it again.

Room was very clean. Desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly. Did not use the indoor pool area. Just didn't have time.

Staff were friendly. Easy check-in. Room was clean and had all that we needed. Only issue was bed and pillows destroyed my back, not very comfortable. Other than that everything else went smoothly.

The front desk attendant was a WONDERFUL woman. So kind, funny and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Gorham.

It’s cheap and I honestly don’t ask for more! Clean, comfy bed, pet friendly and quiet! I will come back for sure!

So the shower was broken when we got there which wasn’t that bad but when I called the front desk I was expecting us to give a better room for the inconvenience but simply were gonna give us a room three doors down. The TV in the room also wasn't functioning properly as the HDMI port on the TV was fried. i called the front desk again and she said "almost all of them are like that" with no solution. I called back because at this point I wanted to try the other room. This room at least had a functioning TV and shower. Then when we tried to get Netflix the wifi as advertised wasn't an available network. I'm thankful my girlfriend had a hotspot. Thus hotel ******, worst experience I've had in one for sure.

For the price I got just what I needed to get some work done. Very friendly staff.

It was exactly what I expected for that low of a rate in terms of being dated but the room was clean and the bed was sleepable and the hot tub was a nice plus after a day on the mountain. It was super convenient for skiing at Wildcat. The breakfast ended very early.
