최근 베를린의 Rocco Forte Hotel de Rome에 머무는 동안 저는 우아함, 고급스러움, 완벽한 서비스의 세계에 푹 빠져 있었습니다. 운터 덴 린덴(Unter den Linden) 근처의 좋은 위치에 자리잡은 이 유서 깊은 호텔은 모든 면에서 내 기대를 뛰어넘어 잊지 못할 경험을 선사했습니다. 호텔에 들어서자마자 그 웅장함에 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 세련되게 복원된 신고전주의풍 건물은 풍부한 역사와 현대적인 편의 시설을 완벽하게 혼합하여 시대를 초월한 세련된 분위기를 연출합니다. 높은 천장, 대리석 바닥, 절묘한 예술 작품을 갖춘 호화로운 로비는 특별한 숙박을 위한 분위기를 조성합니다. Хороший отель. Отличное расположение, приличные номера. Единственный минус - вода по 10 евро. На номер дается две бутылки, остальное платное.

Eines der besten Hotels in Berlin. Sehr entspannter Checkin bei dem man gleich ein Gläschen Champagner gereicht bekommt. Die Lage ist mitten im Zentrum im historischen Ostteil der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, auch in der Standard Ausführung. Insgesamt ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel.

Leider war der Pool geschlossen und für die Sauna musste man sich anmelden und konnte die Saunabereich dann gerade einmal 1 Stunde benutzen. Die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna von 14:00 bis 20:00 an den Wochenenden ist für ein solches Hotel der Luxusklasse absolut inakzeptabel. Wir waren sehr verärgert darüber. Bei der Buchung haben wir keinerlei Informationen darüber erhalten, dass die Zeiten im Spa so reglementiert sind und er Poolbereich gänzlich geschlossen ist. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption erhielten wir die Info, dass der Pool aufgrund von Energiesparmaßnahmen geschlossen ist und außerdem fehlte es zusätzlich auch noch am Personal. Wir sind der Meinung, dass dann die Übernachtungspreise entsprechend angepasst werden müssen, wenn ein erheblicher Teil der Serviceleistungen nicht erbracht werden kann. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt nicht so genießen, wie wir es vorhatten, leider!

Hotel located in a convenient location in the middle of Berlin. Service was beyond excellent and was truly a fantastic stay!. Guest journey started from the second we parked the car in front of the hotel and continued trough-out. We felt like VIPs and were also upgrade to a beautiful room with a view to the square.

Was told that I was staying in 6 star rated hotel. Lobby was very average , food at restaurant or in bar did not rate as 6 star. Rooms good , spa area good albeit very expensive. The worst aspect is that when I wanted to organise driver from hotel to take me to concert and pick me up was advised min booking of 10 hours. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable that alleged 6 star hotel can only do this most 5 stars hotels around world would charge on hourly basis or min 2-3 hours NOT 10. Would I stay again or recommend absolutely NOT !!! Ps. The only redeeming feature was I was able to take selfy with rod stewart in lobby

This is an exclusive roof top bar. They were full Friday and advised we returned Saturday. Saturday they were shut for a private event. Complete waste of our time travelling back again. If the staff in reception had a little customer service training this could have been avoided. They were not very welcoming on either visit. In the future book in advance via open table.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Hotel de Rome. The staff was amazing and they all were so friendly and helpful; from the front desk to the housekeeping, room service and the folks who welcomed you/saw you out at the entrance. The rooftop is absolutely spectacular and we loved the music that was played. The spa and gym are beautiful and first class. The only thing missing was a hot tub/whirlpool! We did not want to leave!

Hotel is very nice and room was fantastic! There was a slight issue when we checked in in terms of the payment. They add a very high cover charge. Breakfast was ok but definitely not worth over €35.00. Expect a continental-style breakfast. If you’re a tea drinker, expect some issues when you order a tea. You have to wait a while and also ask for milk. Waiters forgot our tea almost every day when we asked. Other than that, location is great, room was brilliant and staff are friendly.

The best location in Berlin. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The rooms are large and well appointed but could use some help. The hotel lobby and public areas are a bit tired and could use a little bit of a design uplift. The bar area is super fun. I did enjoy my stay and found this hotel to be a great value and will be back.

We had a great time staying at Hotel De Rome for a very special birthday celebration. We were greeted on arrival with some champagne and absolutely loved our suite! The bed was so comfortable and we had a great view from our window of the cathedral. The staff on reception, in the spa and the restaurant were all super nice. We were very grateful to borrow the fantastic Rocco Forte umbrellas when it was raining from the front of house team! We really enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the beautiful Chiara restaurant-the spaghetti ice cream was a real treat! And we loved the orange juice machine for fresh orange in the morning. We were really lucky that we stayed during Berlin’s ‘Festival of Lights’- seeing the city lit up from the roof terrace was amazing. David on the concierge team was really helpful and knowledgeable about the area and made lots of great suggestions. As the hotel is so central it made for a great base for our trip to Berlin. There are so many other things to say about the hotel like the flowers and the fantastic pianist in bar that I can’t fit it all into the reviews word limit-Thank you for our stay :)
