베를린 Arc de 124,5° Skulptur von Bernar Venet 근처 호텔

Beim Check-in gab man mir eine Zimmer-Zugangskarte die zuerst nicht funktionierte, also wieder runter zur Rezeption. Beim zweiten mal funktionierte es, aber das Zimmer war bereits belegt! Die Gäste, die das Zimmer bereits bewohnten waren aber nicht anwesend. Ich hätte mich also gut und gerne an den Sachen bereichern oder alles ausspionieren können. Sorry aber das geht GAR NICHT! So etwas darf nicht passieren. Abermals runter zur Rezeption - kein einziges Wort der Entschuldigung oder ähnlichem von diesen zwei Amateuren hinter der Rezeption. Im Gegenteil, sie haben die Angelegenheit auch noch runtergespielt. Zu den Zimmern: Wie hier bereits in einer anderen Bewertung erwähnt, die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört ALLES von nebenan. Im Badezimmer - und so etwas hab ich wirklich noch nie erlebt - gibt es KEINE Möglichkeit der Ablage für seine Badutensilien und keine Handtuchstange um das nasse Handtuch aufzuhängen! Das Waschbecken ist so schräg konzipiert, dass alles was man darauf platzieren will, runter rutscht - hier kann man also auch nichts abstellen. Nee sorry, beim nächsten Berlinbesuch ein anderes Hotel.

나쁘지 않은 호텔입니다. 서비스는 괜찮았지만 리셉션은 약간 촌스러웠습니다. 나는 트윈 침대 또는 더블 침대 옵션이 있는 방을 예약한 것 같습니다. 체크인을 해보니 더블룸이 더 이상 남아 있지 않아 결국 4박 객실 업그레이드 비용으로 €100가 넘는 추가 비용을 지불하게 되었습니다. 침대와 소파 밑에 먼지가 많아 실망스러웠습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 훌륭했지만 뷔페의 품목도 훌륭했습니다.

호텔은 이제 오래되었지만 여전히 예약할 가치가 있습니다. 인사와 경영진의 변화가 일어난 이후라고 말할 수 있습니다. 서쪽에서는 상황이 더 조용해졌습니다. 지난 몇 년 동안 보안도 많이 향상되었습니다. 엘리베이터 구역과 복도 전체에 새 카메라가 오래된 인형으로 교체되었습니다. 확실히 비판받을 수 있는 유일한 점은 리셉션에서 독일어를 이해하지 못한다는 것입니다 :-!! 죄송합니다. 현재 독일에 있습니다. 여기 내 의견과 관련하여 표현해야 할 것은 방 금고의 내 코드가 읽기 어려운 디스플레이와 움직이는 디지털 숫자 필드에서 더 이상 인식되지 않는다는 것입니다. 그날 저녁 10시 30분쯤 나는 리셉션 직원에게 내 금고를 더 이상 열 수 없다고 알렸습니다. 그리고는 곧바로 내 방으로 와서 10년 된 금고 앞에 말문이 막힌 채 서 있었다. 진술은 최소한으로 제한되었습니다. - 아침 9시 30분쯤 건물 기술자가 문제를 정리할 때까지 기다려야 합니다. 체크아웃 시간은 오전 7시쯤이었고 기차는 오전 8시에 출발했습니다. 아마 다음에 무슨 일이 일어날지 상상할 수 있을 것입니다. **********🏼저는 금고에 들어 있는 EC 신용카드, 신분증, 돈, 보조 배터리, 아파트 열쇠 등 내용물 없이 집으로 운전했습니다. 이제 벌써 정오 12시인데 지금까지 아무도 나에게 상황을 알려주지 않았습니다. 이것은 결코 내 마음 상태를 무감각 상태로 되돌릴 수 없는 상황입니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 아이 없이 여행하는 경우에는 남성 우유를 줄이기 위해 호텔을 추천할 수도 있습니다. 개인적으로 *** ******* Quere Community Hotel은 닫힌 문 뒤에 틀림없는 매력이 있기 때문에 내성적인 사람들에게 큰 이점입니다. 전체적으로 1~10점 만점에 7/10점의 긍정적인 평가를 드립니다. 마르셀 게르 뮌헨

우리는 우리의 체류를 정말로 즐겼고 가장 확실히 돌아올 것입니다. 첫째, 우리와 같은 사람이라면 호텔 문이 될 수 없다고 생각하여 정문을 지나갈 것입니다(외부에서 2명의 신사와 확인해야 했습니다). 그런 다음 숨겨진 엘리베이터로 올라가는 계단, 글쎄, 계단은 넓고 화려하며 이전의 특정 영광을 맨손으로 기억할 수 있습니다. 엘리베이터는 구불구불하고 절대적으로 필요로만 사용됩니다! 대부분의 경우 1,3, 4층만 이용할 수 있기 때문에 비행기를 다시 타야 한다는 것을 깨닫게 됩니다. 리셉션은 괜찮고 직원은 훌륭하며 아침 식사는 이상하고 훌륭하고 끝이 없었습니다! 각각 12유로. 베개는 싫어요- 싫어요. 천장은 높고 창문은 완전히 열려 있고 안뜰을 내려다보고 있기 때문에 많은 공기와 빛을 들여보냅니다(우리는 3층에 머물렀습니다). 깨끗하지만 대부분 위치는 가격대비 훌륭합니다. 기차역, 지하는 모퉁이를 돌면 동물원은 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있으며 방문할만한 가치가 있습니다. 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다 🏨 옆집 버거 조인트는 다음 단계입니다! 😋

위치와 호텔 자체는 훌륭합니다. 다음에 여기에 머무를 것입니다. 강조하고 싶은 두 가지 점이있었습니다. 먼저 내가 얻은 첫 번째 방에 작은 문제가있었습니다. 지적하자마자 새 방을 즉시 얻었습니다. 문제를 해결하는 매우 건설적인 방법. 나는 그것을 고맙게 생각한다. 둘째, 직원의 태도, 그들은 도움이되고 당신이 요구하는 모든 것을 설명합니다.

Not the cheapest but good service at check in and perfect for being at the airport to catch an early flight - literally roll out of bed into terminal 1 Will stay again as exactly what was needed - clean , comfortable and convenient Would recommend

This hotel lived up to my expectations. It was well located, spotless, the breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere healthy and positive. I must thank the Young lady on reception, the morning of my departure, Sunday morning, 21st May, who went to great lengths to help me get the right bus to the airport, and then the correct platform for the last bit of the journey. Her instructions were faultless. The bar, late night, was busy and the service, fast and friendly.

I recently visited this hotel with my boyfriend and I was very impressed. We arrived a little before check-in and we were allowed to go to our room. the room was very spacious with an extremely comfy bed and amazing shower. Also on the last day our flight was not for a while and were were allowed to wait in the lobby after checkout which had lovely sofas and seating areas. It was quiet and there were people working in there. The staff were very lobely and was great for the price.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.
