호텔 시설과 위생환경이 좋습니다. 방은 조금 작지만 충분해요. 미리 가서 짐을 무료로 보관할 수 있었고, 체크아웃 후 1유로를 내고 반나절 추가로 짐을 보관해 주었습니다. 아침 식사는 권장되지 않습니다. 특히 딱딱한 빵과 일반 커피가 몇 가지 있습니다. 교통은 Alexanderplatz에서 6~7분 거리에 있으며 기차역과도 가깝습니다. 전반적으로 권장됩니다.

지하철 정류장 바로 옆에 있어 도시 곳곳으로 쉽게 이동할 수 있는 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 체크포인트 찰리에서도 단 2정거장 떨어져 있습니다. 객실은 매우 편안하고 아늑합니다. 모든 직원은 친절했고 호텔에 멋진 바가 있습니다.

호텔 위치는 매우 편리했습니다! 지하철역에서 1 분 미만. 매우 조용하고 깨끗한 호텔. 베개와 침대는 편안했습니다. 친절하고 도움이되는 직원. 나는 아침 식사를 정말로 즐겼다! Wi-Fi 연결도 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 나는 완전히 만족하고 곧 다시 올 것이다.

I recently visited this hotel with my boyfriend and I was very impressed. We arrived a little before check-in and we were allowed to go to our room. the room was very spacious with an extremely comfy bed and amazing shower. Also on the last day our flight was not for a while and were were allowed to wait in the lobby after checkout which had lovely sofas and seating areas. It was quiet and there were people working in there. The staff were very lobely and was great for the price.

아마도 내가 경험한 최악의 호텔 경험일 것입니다. 늦게 도착했는데 안타깝게도 우리 아이를 위한 유아용 침대가 없다는 말을 미리 들었습니다. 하지만 저는 숙박 비용을 이미 지불할 때까지 이 말을 듣지 못했습니다. 전용 주차장이 있다고 해서 호텔을 선택했는데, 도착하자마자 주차장이 매진되었습니다. 그래서 우리는 아이를 위한 침대도 없고 차를 위한 주차 공간도 없이 시작했습니다. 직원들은 자신의 일을 하고 있었기 때문에(아직 기대 이상은 아니었습니다) 이 끔찍한 경험은 그들에 관한 것이 아닙니다. 그들은 호텔 뒤 골목에 주차해야 하는지 논의했지만 안전하지 않다는 데 동의했고 근처에 주차하는 것을 권장했습니다(하루당 25€). 이 숙박을 끔찍하게 만든 것은 도착 후 일어났습니다. 우리는 엘리베이터가 없는 10계단 위의 1층에 방을 받았고 남편이 주차 공간을 찾으려고 하는 동안 여행 가방 3개, 유모차, 아이를 데리고 계단을 올라갈 수 있는 저 혼자였습니다. 우리가 들어간 방은 냄새가 너무 심해서 누군가가 거기에서 죽었을 것입니다. 아니면 적어도 방은 한동안 청소되지 않았습니다. 침대에는 길고 검은 머리카락이 있었고 바닥에는 먼지와 기름기가 있었습니다. 유아용 침대가 없는 우리 2살짜리 아이는 이 층의 마드레에서 자야 했습니다. 침대는 이층 침대였지만 우리 셋 모두를 위한 공간이 너무 작았기 때문입니다. 에어컨은 방의 온도를 18~22도 사이로 유지하도록 설정되어 있었지만 방이 얼어붙어서 난방을 할 수 없었습니다. 마지막으로 베개는 작고 납작했고 우리는 호텔에서 단 7시간 만에 최소한의 잠만 자고 체크아웃하게 되었습니다. 간단히 말해서, 이 호텔을 다시는 예약하지 않을 것이며 숙박을 위해 다른 호텔을 찾으라고 조언할 것입니다.

좋은 장소, 훌륭한 방, 멋진 욕실. 이탈리안 레스토랑에서 당신은 아주 잘 먹습니다. 그러나 그것은 매우 비쌉니다. 단지 내에는 카페테리아가 없습니다. 불행히도 리셉션이나 레스토랑에는 스페인어를 할 줄 아는 사람이 아무도 없었습니다. 이 정도 규모의 세계적인 호텔로서는 매우 이상한 일이었습니다.

Everything without a problem. Good breakfast. Elevator. Only a few parking spaces. You can park on the street. Pleasant surroundings of single-family houses. Perfect for a short stay. Quiet, no parties.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.

The hotel is clean and new and serves purpose of a stay before or after a flight as a transit hotel. Do note that the location is about 4 km away from the airport and therefore you have to take a taxi
