Reception 服務一般, 酒店沒有安排們我們要求的服務， 1. 預留司機房間,當天我們的司機在酒店等了大約1個半小時，酒店也沒有房間給我們的司機到最後要我們的司機在外租房住， 至於酒店經理也推卸責任他說他沒有收到任何信息，也沒有作出即時應變. 2.當天是我們生日及結婚週年， 酒店方面也沒有任何安排，酒店經理只說沒有收到任何訊息推卸責任給第三方，幸好360餐廳員工有善及服務很好，特別是Suranjith and Samira, 當他們得知我們入住當天生日及結婚週年，特意為我們送上蛋糕及慶祝驚喜。

Останавливалась в отеле на две недели. Расположен отель около океана, что было очень удобно. Уборка номера была дважды в день, утром и вечером. Всегда после уборки мою комнату украшали цветами, это было очень приятно

環境：環境優美的地方，面對着游泳池和沙灘，沙灘上的沙子很細，不穿鞋也可以，不怕痛。 服務：打掃衞生的服務員非常熱情，每天早上出去玩回來，床上都有很多新鮮的花和用毛巾做的大象、狗等，心情馬上舒暢！

Location Seaside Nature Pool‍♂️ Water sports Great location never thought this atmosphere calm relax and peaceful holiday.Weather stunning sun shine daily.Daily walk in the morning around the hotel feels like local nice Sandy beach and private road.I definitely come back .

Ocean Bliss Resort – A Perfect Beachfront Escape! I recently stayed at Ocean Bliss Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.

The hotel is good . I think they need some cosmetics paint job in rooms. The staff is polite Shehan in the hotel was the most polite, extra fast to bring cocktails. The experience was the best of the best. 100% punctuality, service and communication.

I had an incredible experience at Centara Seasand Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly service. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious dishes at Café Bem. A special thank you to Sachindu, Shashini, Nissanka, Lalantha, and Bimindu for their exceptional service. Their kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. I am especially grateful for making my father’s birthday so special—it was a celebration to remember! Every little touch added to the joy of the occasion, and we truly appreciate it. Thank you to the entire team at Centara Seasand Hotel. We can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality, excellent service, and outstanding food.

During our trip to Sri Lanka, we stayed in three different locations and hotels, and this one was by far our favorite! Everything was exceptionally clean, and our room was always tidied up on time. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches and surprises arranged by Amila, which made our stay even more special. The poolside team was fantastic – they were always happy to see us and took great care of us throughout the day. During meals, the lovely Shashini brightened our experience with her warm conversations and helpful recommendations. This hotel truly stood out for its impeccable service and attention to detail. We would love to return!
