The shower in the bathroom was completely broken. Water coming from everywhere. Couldnt hardly turn the knob to turn on or off the water. No hair dryer as well which most hotels have one. Other people hair in the shower and dirty walls and shelfs in the shower as well. Extremely high beds making it hard getting in and out. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. The sound you can hear from the truck station next door was horrible. All night long.

Friendly staff, strong heater! Bed was comfortable. Glad it didn't have old smelly carpet but had nice floors. I would highly recommend again.

DIRTY HAIR ALONG THE BASEBOARD IN THE BATHROOM. TOLET SET TOP WAS SET UNDER THE SINK INSTEAD OF ON THE TOLET. AC WOULD NOT STAY ON WAS ON A FIX OPERATION TIMMER ROOM WAS HOT.

Beware of bedbugs. Our room was not vacuumed at all, and there was hair in the sheets.

The carpet on stairs unclean looking. Dust built up in edges/corners. Breakfast was muffins and juice.

Our queen beds were HIGH off the ground. One of us with a bad hip couldn’t possibly get in a bed that high. I called front desk and was told all beds are the same. Staff brought us a 2-step folding ladder from maintenance (paint splatters and all) which we used but was very inconvenient.

Air conditioner wall unit extremely loud. Location of unit at head level next to table. Very annoying to use when sleeping or sitting at table or even watching TV. Bed pillows go FLAT when using.

This property has the potential to be a regular stop for me, but...It was dirty. Halls have big ugly stains in the carpet. Rooms look recently renovated but ours was dirty. They didn't mop the floors (my socks were black just walking from the bathroom to my bed, socks were brand new, never worn), the a/c vent was filthy (I had to clean it because of the smell and health hazard). there was hair all over the bathroom floor, poo under the toilet lid and a dead bug in the bathtub. My friend laid down in her bed and the same sort of bug was crawling around in it. Also, the beds were so high that we had trouble getting in and out of them. I am disabled and had to use the wheelchair ramp which was semi blocked at the bottom with a ladder, hose, sweeper and a pickax! Front door to hotel was left open with no security key device. The main guy we dealt with looked put out by our request to have someone clean the poo from our toilet seat left by previous guest(s) and a request for towels. I recommend politer staff, better housekeeping (and maybe not send your elder father as a maid), a room key door lock on exterior doors (this motel is located next to a TruckStop) and removal of hazards on the wheelchair ramp.

Excellent check-in, mgr very kind. Everything in the room was brand new. Excellent mattress. Downer was the interstate on 1 side, truck stop on the other. A/C managed to drown out truck noises.
