바또 리브레(Bateau Libre Hotel)

The owner was the perfect host. We were met with a lovely welcome and excellent recommendations on where to eat and spend our time in Benodet. The Hotel was spotless throughout. Breakfast was most enjoyable.

Jean-Ettiene was a wonderful host. He was very happy to recommend restaurants, and made some great wine recommendations. The hotel was very clean and had a great atmosphere. The decor was very nice, we liked the unusual style. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent!

What a find! A wonderfully renovated hotel located very centrally in Bénodet, Brittany with a vintage twist to its decoration! We spent 2 nights in the 'Cabine Double Confort' room, on the 2nd floor. It was very quiet giving onto the back of the building and very bright with 5 large windows. There was a even a desk/office area for a bit of home officing! It seems like all the staff were recruited for their smileyness and very warm welcome! To our regret, we did not taste the bar food, but fully enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine there after dinner elsewhere & got to know some of the other guests! Breakfast was delish, with a yogurt & raspberry coulis peppered with lime zest and brown sugar to start with, different kinds of breads, fruits & juices as well as pots of coffee and tea. We asked for capuccinos from the bar, just to get the full coffee hit! There is no designated car park at this hotel, but instead a public car park very close by. Also people with mobility restrictions should be aware that there is no lift to the upper floors (I don't think this was specified on the website), but there is at least one room on the ground floor.

Beautiful hotel and bar, we stopped for drinks and snacks the owners were so accommodating and friendly and we had a lovely chilled family drink! Highly recommend! We didn’t stay in the hotel but the breakfast room and bar area were beautiful

Établissement très propre et calme. Très belle déco, ambiance cosy chaleureuse de repas et du bar. Jean Étienne est très sympathique. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un moment cocooning entre amis ou en couple. Hôtel très bien situé.

Un séjour parfait. Hôtel et Hôte excellent, un cadre soigné alliant modernité et décoration rustique, de très bon goût bravo!! Nous avons été surclassés au niveau de la chambre car en période creuse, une rareté commerciale qu'il convient de souligner!!

Nous avons été conquis par le professionnalisme de Jean Étienne, la déco, le confort des chambres et les petits déjeuners composés de divers produits ultras frais! Merci pour cette belle escale en famille! Une petite caresse à Pickel 😉 Nous recommandons cet établissement à 200%
