The check-in and checkout was smooth. The rooms were very nice and spacious and well cleaned. The food was really good from all three of the restaurants and the main cafeteria. The main problem was with the beach closed because of the seaweed which we were not made aware of in advance or upon arrival. The hotel gave no options to take guest to clean beaches where we could swim in the sea. The other issue was with the service some waiters and workers had very good service such as Ana in the restaurants, but on a couple of occasions we had poor service including one time when a waiter was insulting us in Spanish to his fellow waiter, unaware that we spoke Spanish. Plus we get tired of the “bad face” attitudes when we either do not tip or give a tip which clearly the workers all over just do not appreciate. Perhaps it’s a culture issue, as the worse we see is in Mexico, but it should not be present in the hospitality industry.

This was a very lovely resort. As soon as you stepped foot into the resort, it had a fresh spa scent that was pleasant. We were greeted with a non-alcoholic beverage and the check in process was smooth and easy. Very clean and the rooms were spacious and luxurious. All of the rooms at this resort overlook the pool and beach which was nice. This resort was not as huge as some of the other resorts in Riviera Maya, but that was perfect because it made it easier to get all the activities in - we didn’t miss out on anything. The kids enjoyed the mini water slides and never wanted to leave the pool. Inside - there’s a gaming area loft style that the kids enjoyed on a rainy day and a mini trampoline area for kids 4ft and under. The snacks/appetizers/desserts offered by the pools was a nice added touch. The food was above average at the restaurants. Lastly for everything that was offered, I was extremely impressed on the amount I paid to stay at this resort because a lot of the other resorts highly priced were only for one bedroom suites. I got a two bedroom suite and the kids slept comfortably in their own beds. I highly recommend this place.

It was our first family vacation to Mexico travelling from Canada. This hotel, accommodation, service, and staff especially Daniel, Angye, Brisa, Angel, and DJ Omar were so welcoming, friendly and very helpful! We also spent my 40th birthday here and it was very memorable. We especially liked how the hotel had something to occupy the kids everyday. We would definitely be coming back and recommending this resort to our family and friends.

Had the best time at Sensira! Loved how much the resort had to offer, great food, great restaurants, night entertainment and the fact that it was so well kept and clean! But let’s get to the best part! The day entertainment by the pool was truly so much fun and led by Angel Chocolate! He definitely knows how to keep up with the crowd, how to entertain and provide nothing but best service and fun games! I have been coming to Mexico for many years and I don’t think I had ever had as much fun as I did this past few days! Angel, is truly the most fun person I have met! Full of life, entertainment and good vibes! 😎

I usually don't write reviews but felt the need to this time. We stayed at this hotel from July 30th to August 7th. I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant at first — we were staying for many days with only a couple of excursions planned, meaning much of our time would be spent at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, my concerns began to fade. We were warmly greeted with refreshing, great-smelling towels to freshen up after our travels. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were able to enjoy the buffet right away after a long day of travel. The sargassum at the beach was disappointing but the hotel did try to keep it cleaned. It was still so peaceful to be at the beach. The facility itself is spotless. We had housekeeping twice a day, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The housekeeping staff were amazing — I wish I could remember all their names to give them proper recognition. We stayed in Room 209 at first, and our housekeeper there was exceptionally kind, efficient, and deserving of the tip we gave him. The buffet staff were also outstanding!!!! Our server Mario was consistently kind and attentive. We also received excellent service from Diego, Celia, Eva, (such kind, smily ladies) and Ever — all of whom made each visit feel warm and welcoming every time (which we visited often). The cooks who made the burgers, eggs, seafood were extraordinary as well! We did have a few challenges in the first half of our stay. For several days, we struggled to sleep due to constant noise from furniture being moved in the room above us — both day and night. We reported it to the front desk, but the issue persisted. One night I called the front desk for 20 minutes with no answer, so I reached out to housekeeping. A kind staff member came to our room, heard the noise herself, and said she would inform her supervisor. Unfortunately, we spent another sleepless night. The next morning, I returned to the front desk, but the person there informed me they don’t handle such issues and that I needed to speak with the concierge. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as I met Laura from concierge, who was absolutely wonderful. She listened carefully, spoke with her supervisor (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get), and he quickly moved us to a suite with bunk beds. The beds and pillows in the new room (Room 301) were noticeably more comfortable, and we were finally able to rest. The kids were thrilled to find their favorite mango juices in the fridge every day thanks to the thoughtful housekeeping team and Laura. The entertainment at this hotel is another highlight — the performers put on incredible shows every night. Daniel, Yosh, and others whose names I can’t recall brought so much energy and fun to the days and evenings. During the day, there are plenty of activities to enjoy. The swim-up bar staff, Pedro and Jonathan, were fantastic, and the lobby bar team made delicious drinks with genuine kindness. I wish there was more Spanish music playing. One

We love this hotel. Our second time going and this time food was even better and it was good last time! Tuna patacones are delicious! Shoutout to Hegev in breakfast who always treated us well and Francisco in the pool area (kids) who was very accommodating.
