Hello! My husband and I came to the hotel for 2 nights on Valentine's Day. We are currently living in room 7306. The hotel is advertised as 5 stars, but the service in the Spa is terrible. The holiday was ruined. I was booked in for a massage at 5:30 p.m., arrived early at 5:20 p.m., I was told to wait by the pool at 5:37 p.m., I returned to the reception and asked where my massage therapist was, they told me wait. The masseuse arrived 10 minutes late, no one apologized.
