Un fin de semana excelente muy limpio , muy buena atencion y muy buen desayuno.

Had a great 11 night stay. Our room was 1002 which was at the back overlooking the pool and mountains. We had 2 double beds and a large balcony. There was plenty of storage and the shower was hot and powerful. The room was dated with textured walls and needed a deep clean ( skirting boards) but overall it was great. The lack of a kettle in the room and no sun on the balcony are probably our only criticism. The buffet food was good and varied - the show cooking meat was always cooked to perfection and very flavoursome. Staff were friendly and very efficient when clearing tables - maybe too quick sometimes. The Xmas and New year Gala meals were not to our taste so we declined them - would have preferred a buffet option rather than a set menu. Breakfast as always was the best meal of the day - however they do not offer omelette at breakfast which was disappointing ( they tend to be available for lunch and dinner- vegetarian?) We didn't stay in for the entertainment so cannot comment. The terrace bar is a lovely spot to sit in the sun and enjoy a drink. Reception staff were very friendly and check in was very quick. The lifts are quite small and had a few issues whilst we were there - but they were fixed quickly and we never waited too long for one. The pool area is a good size and we spent a few hours most mornings enjoying the sunny corner spot before the sun dipped behind the Flash hotel ( bear in mind it was Xmas). We were lucky with the weather but definitely needed a light jacket in the evenings when outside. For location and value for money it is a fabulous hotel. I preferred it to the Don Pancho and would definitely stay at The Calypso again.

Just arrived home 21 Feb part of my Wife's 70th Birthday 🎂 Where to start such a pleasent 11 night stay for a 3⭐️ more like a 5 ⭐️ From the moment we booked in by Jackie very professional I must say we were treated more like family than guests by all the staff .I have been in a lot of hotels in Beni that boast about things that are not correct that is not the case with the Calypso everything is perfect from Reception / Restaurant /cleaning Ect . yes the rooms could be updated but are adequate I don't go on holiday to sit in the room we was on the 10 floor & what I requested with a lovely view rooms cleaned and new towels everday so once again thankyou to all the Staff Especially the Lady Rosario in the restaurant keeps smiling makes people's Day & very relaxed to Hugo keep building those arms up with the wine pulling you will get there 👍 Keep up all the good work to everyone you put other hotel chains to shame Would I return that's a silly question to ask myself MOST DEFINITELY

This is a lovely hotel close to all the entertainment and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Check in was really quick and efficient and all the staff are really friendly. Rooms are dated and there is no kettle but this doesn't detract from the fact that it was spotlessly clean, beds made every day and clean towels every day. The walk in shower was really nice and the beds were really comfortable. We had a room at the front and the balcony was a sun trap. We were on breakfast only basis and couldn't fault it. The choice was amazing. The pool area looked lovely and there were a few people out there sunbathing but we didn't get a chance to try it as unfortunately we were only there for 3 days. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Been staying at this hotel for over 20yrs. Staff are all excellent in everyway but the hotel has started to go down. The rooms have not really changed apart from putting new showers in (this was done years ago) The dinning room got new furniture, and the balconys got coloured glass. In our opinion the rooms need a full makeover to bring it in line with other hotels. Over the last 12_18 months the food has deteriorated. This hotel used to have i would say the best food in BENIDORM. Servigroup need to take note of the reviews. Years ago you could not get a table in the dinning room on an evening, now they do not use half of it. What does that tell you. The position of the hotel and all staff still make it agood place to stay.

great hotel food very good this is the 3rd servigroup hotel we have stayed in and is the best the castila was good just a bit to far out the venus would not go there again the staff were ignorant both at reception and at the bar . the staff at the calypso cleaners bar staff reception and restaurant were brilliant so friendly and helpful they go the extra mile they combined with the food make your holiday i shall return Roy Penketh
