Just back from 2 weeks at magic natura and I have never been to a place like it…we were ultra all inclusive and premium with a Tahiti hot tub lodge. Check in went smoothly we didn’t arrive until about 1am so room was ready and got taken in a cart with our luggage which the kids loved. We got given All the info, though if I hadn’t been on the Facebook page I wouldn’t have known about the cups or internet codes to ask for. The room was one of the cleanest I have stayed in, cleaned thoroughly every day and minibar stocked every day aswell, it was spotless. (Altho there should be bottles of water aswell as fizzy drinks) We kept commenting on the grounds at how clean they were no rubbish anywhere and staff were constantly brushing and mopping pavements and even lifting leaves that had fallen! Pool areas were great I think there are 6 pools altogether and they were all very clean and well maintained, never over crowded, and the lifeguards were on top of their game nothing got passed them while we were there we seen one jump in twice as he thought children were in trouble (which they weren’t but better safe than sorry) I would recommend going premium just for the queue jump and different dining rooms, as sometimes the queues has as many as 10 people in them at the bar round the pool or entertainment and premium queue was empty so you got served straight away. Also free Bali beds round the pool with premium which were worth the premium and you could always get one even after 10am, staff came around the premium beds with lollies and ice cream and donuts etc but there was always loads of sunbeds and barely anyone queued for the pool opening, very laid back atmosphere no one was ever running around trying to get to the sunbeds The zoo and waterpark were def a highlight the zoo is immaculate and the animals were always close so got amazing pictures. We did the bird show which is on at 12 and 4 and it was one of the best I’ve seen, we got pictures with birds etc round the zoo and at the waterpark. The waterpark is great Altho one lifeguard wouldn’t let my son in with his small rubber ring, literally just fitted around his waist, while every other lifeguard allowed it so we left early one of the days as he can’t go in the pool without it. Slides were great and barely any queueing, the all inclusive food and drink were great but a nightmare to keep climbing all those stairs up and down! My daughter swam with the sea lions and it was well worth the money! There was a death at the waterpark one of the days we were there which was terrible and an awful thing to witness and affected most of the staff members aswell. Entertainment was fab but a bit late, my kids are a bit older so we didn’t mind staying until the end but a lot of family’s left early with younger children. Breakfast was def the best meal of the day and afternoon snack was brill, lunch and dinner were ok standard all inclusive but could always find something to eat. We found staff really
