I’ve just returned home after spending 7 days at your resort. I wanted to share some honest feedback—both positive and negative—as there were a few issues that might prevent me from booking again next year. With two small children, it’s a shame to feel this way, but I hope you can take this onboard and possibly do something to address the concerns. To start, I stayed in Room 3006. The room was very small, and I don’t believe it matched what we had booked or paid for. Secondly, when I made the reservation, I believed I was booking a Premium Ultra All-Inclusive package, which I understood included everything. However, upon arrival, I was charged an additional €180 for the sunbeds—something I was led to believe was included in the package. The biggest disappointment was the food, particularly for children. It was very limited and not suitable for young kids. I ended up ordering pizza to our room several times just so my children had something to eat. I later found out that guests with access to the Premium Lounge had much better food options, including pizza, chicken nuggets, and more child-friendly meals—exactly the kind of food that would have made a big difference for us. On a positive note, I want to commend your team and the resort for being extremely clean and safe, which is a top priority for me. My children are 4 and 5, and my son especially loves animals—that was a big reason we chose your resort. This was their very first holiday, and while we did have some nice moments, I can’t help but feel disappointed overall. I would love to return in the future, but I’m concerned the same issues might happen again. I hope this feedback is helpful, and that something can be done to improve the experience for families
