We arrived on Sunday 23rd March 2025 at lunch time. with a swift check in we was given our room key on the 19th floor ( I had emailed prior asking for a high floor) The room was massive in size with twin beds put together, a sofa bed in the lounge area with a table and chairs also. the kitchen area was a bit pointless however had loads of cupboard space, Cooker, Kettle and a full size fridge freezer. although no uninstalls or plates ect. just cups and saucer. The Bathroom was small however functional. The beds were comfy although a little soft. The balcony had a table and chairs and a cracking view all the way to the sea. The pool areas were clean and tidy offering Beer and soft drinks to help yourself, anything stronger you had to go to the lobby bar, although it wasn't far away at all. The restaurant area was clean and tidy with the teams working hard to keep on top of tables and food service. we found the food Good and have been in many hotels where we can say we was disappointed especially for the price we had paid. However I would say we enjoyed the food for the 3 nights we stayed. The entertainment on the first night was terrible however gave us a laugh. we went out the second night and stayed in the 3rd night where the entertainment was much better. Seating was a big issue as the area was full. The bar staff brought some tables and chairs inside for us, as they tried really hard to give great service. Our last day we couldn't keep the room on until we was picked up however we could have a shower in the Gym area before we left. The staff were fantastic even the guy on reception that people had mentioned in previous comments, yes we found him a little grumpy however he looked after us if we needed anything and while sorting the safe I hadn't got cash on me at the time, he gave me the key and said pop back when your ready as we did. We would defiantly return and recommend to friends, Benidorm was great I hadn't been since 1987 when I went with my parents and my wife had never been . The beach was amazing the old town is great and the Jolly Roger pub is defiantly worth a visit. So much to see and do we cant wait to return

Ohh dear where do I start. From reading the mixed reviews I can confirm that if your looking a basic stay & can eat any old food & drink weird tasting drinks then this is the place for you ✔️ On a 9 night stay we only eat at the restaurant in the evening twice. That wasn’t for trying because we did try but it’s all cold not even lukewarm. Wrong food signs on most things. The sauce bottles most were out of date. They set the breakfast up from the night before which we witnessed and also witnessed 1 of the chefs having a good munch of the chips he just cooked from the serving station.Drinks are in paper cups unless you paid for them, then you a glass The coffee machines tasted as they haven’t been cleaned out in a very long time. We were on the 17th floor nice views of all the high rises around you but a good old laugh watching the drinks walking home early in the morning They say that they don’t allow group parties but they do. Some where good as gold then you have the latter of them which made of people very uncomfortable to be honest. The evening entertainment is a wash out then some others like that type of stuff. There are 3 lifts to use & quite fast in all fairness. Room very good size. Pointless kitchen as nothing works. You have 2 half cups to use. Bathroom you can’t swing a cat in there and very rusty & not cleaned. Furniture, beds are comfortable sofa was tricky with stains all over it :(( good views though & a very good bar around the corner called the Titanic which was our life saver for food & drinks.

The hotel is so amazing, spotless the staff work so hard, it's lovely the rooms are so nice its quiet no large groups just couples and families no children because it's adults only I loved it so much I'm coming back in June, and will be coming out every year and staying at this hotel, kate xx

This is lovely family feel hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely too. The room there is a big bedroom kitchen dinners. Lovely bathroom. Good size balcony with a view. This hotel 10 mins from the beach. It on a bit of hill. Only negative I would say entertainment it mainly for the older people. But some old people did not enjoy it. I like cheeses entertainment not this. I would stay again for the staff as they were lovely
