Muy mala experiencia – no cumplen lo que prometen Reservé una habitación en Hotel La Joya .me equivoque de dia , al minuto llame al hotel Un empleado llamado Jonathan, hable con el para cambiar la fecha me aseguró que era mejor la cancelaccion y que me devolverían el dinero. Sin embargo, ni me cancelaron la habitación ni me reembolsaron. He intentado comunicarme, pero no he recibido ninguna solución ni respuesta clara. Me siento engañado y robado , Una total falta de seriedad y compromiso con el cliente. No lo recomiendo, y dudo mucho que vuelva a considerar este lugar.

This is amazing place to stay, staff are friendly, great food and drink options and in a great location. Our room was spotless and there was a huge TV with English channels on. The balcony was in a prime suntrap which overlooked the most incredible view of a carpark. We were always given complimentary drinks after a day in the pool which was a nice touch and the hotdog was the best I’ve ever tasted. The only thing that we found slightly weird was that there was a man named Dean Mike who came into our rooms at night, sat on a chair next to the beds and watched us sleep. We raised this to reception who explained it was completely normal and to leave him be, in the end he was no trouble at all and formed a nice bond with him.
