I had an amazing experience practicing yoga in Goa! I enjoyed every session so much and truly wish I could have the same teacher back home in Dublin. Sachin was very friendly, polite, respectful, and attentive to all of us. After each session, I felt so much better — full of energy and in a great mood. The place where we practiced was absolutely beautiful, which made the whole experience even more relaxing and uplifting. A beautiful location, a professional teacher — a perfect combination to bring balance to body, mind, and soul. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel in Jan 2025 I am lost for words how amazing the staff were and the kindness I was shown. I had booked for a total rebalance of my life which was expertly customised to my personal needs. Their dedication, knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. After my stay I felt emotionally , and mentally refreshed. I can’t recommend this retreat strongly enough and would advise anyone to take this experience I was so sad to leave and I will be returning soon

Woah this resort is underrated. If you are considering a wellness retreat I highly recommend coming here for a true reset in beautiful surroundings. It was a surreal experience to be right on the beach, with full service spa and doctors/ wellness coordinators helping you all day at a reasonable price. It is so peaceful here and the staff is extremely accommodating to your needs. It’s a very personalized experience. For me I only had 4 days and they rearranged everything to fit in 5-7 days worth of consults, spa treatments, education and detox procedures. Yoga on the beach hearing the waves crash was phenomenal experience I will never forget. I also was taught how to breathe and eat correctly. They approach health from all angles here. Something we desperately need more of coming from the US. I know there will be lasting benefits for the healing I did here. Thank you to the whole team! Especially Dr Nilam, Leena, Rebecca, Krystal really took care of me.

I participated in the Transformational Meditation retreat, I had a truly profound experience. I was expecting to learn about meditation which I did but that was just the tip of the iceberg. I learnt about Ayurvedic medicine, yoga and nutrition. I came away with knowledge that I believe will help me to live a better life and the habits that will help me maintain this. The team at the beach house are kind and attentive and couldn't do more to make me feel comfortable and make sure I was getting a good experience.

My stay at the Beach House was amazing. I stayed there for a 5 day wellness retreat on a solo trip. Dr Nilam and the team are incredible. They tailored the experience exactly to my needs and went out of their way to make sure that they were giving me the best possible experience. They deeply want to provide you with whatever it is you’re needing - from meeting your diet needs, cleansing the body and mind, providing therapeutic solutions and offering natural ayervedic remedies.
