This stay was a wonderfully peaceful break during our two week tour of Sicily. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and hard working, and dedicated to making sure your stay is the absolute best it can be. We took a tour of the property with Ariana who showed us the citrus trees, the vineyards, olive trees, tortoises, and even the hens who provided the eggs for breakfast! We had a wonderful cooking class with Chef Mimo who showed us how to make a Sicilian eggplant dish like lasagna, pork roulades, and conolli! And after the lesson we had a beautiful meal we had helped to prepare. The meals here are magnificent and cooked with produce and ingredients from the property. The service is excellent and Madame Ensa also has a deep knowledge of the region’s wines which enhanced our meals in the dining room. The relais is off the beaten path but within driving distance of all you care to see in this part of Sicily. We visited Mt Etna and Noto and also relaxed in the most comfortable bed we encountered in all of Sicily. There is a beautiful pool which must be wonderful in summer. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Neroli Bio Relais!

We had a lovely time. The setting was beautiful. The pool was warm and the staff was great. We were a family of 8 from little ones up to grandma. One of our party wasn't feeling well and stayed behind while the rest of us toured the surrounding area. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that she was okay, checking on her and bringing anything she needed. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the chef made accommodations for the little ones.

We really loved our 6 nights stay here. It was peaceful and quiet. The room itself was big enough and proper cleaned every day. The restaurant served really good lunch and diner. I must say that you really need a car because the hotel is outside of the center of Catania but to go to the centre only takes 25 minutes. The only improvement I could think of is the pool. If it could be a bit deeper it would be amazing. The staff is so kind and no request is too much. They truly made our stay better !

What a joke - this is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Please do not confuse it with anywhere that knows about wine and the 0 mile claim is not credible - they serve tuna and meat that could not be found on the very baron and random surroundings. Please do not take notice of the positive ratings they must have been paid for as are the adverts I read to book the place in the first place, this is not a great unknown gem - it’s a disaster.

We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return! Our dinner at the restaurant was excellent, as well as our breakfast.

Very disappointed with what was promised in online photos and what the reality was. The view of Etna was great. The staff were very pleasant - especially Isabel...however outside of that, I was left uninspired. Food from the kitchen was basic, for dinner. I would not recommend it when Catania is a 20min drive away. As for breakfast, a sad buffet, with lukewarm frittata, fruit, granola and juices. (See pictures). Had the price point been minimal, I would have accepted, but for the cost of the stay I would have expected more. There was no easy availability of water - everything had to be bought from the hotel - which is fine, but then you end up purchasing +++ 750ml glass bottles, over the course of your stay. The towels - in the room were thin, and for the pool were the cheap ones bought from Decathlon. For the price we were paying I expected better towels. Overall, this place has potential, but considering the cost, is fundamentally an uninspiring and disappointing stay with many small factors resulting in a tarnished experience.
