솔직히 말해서, 외관과 로비는 더 좋으며, 방은 매우 일반적이며, 방 테이블에는 영양가가없는 것들이 많이 있습니다. 가격은 저렴하지 않습니다. 200 유로 이상, 방에 물이 없습니다. 거의 몇 입이 없습니다. 체크인 할 때 물 한 병이없고 잠이 들었을 때 물을 제공합니다. 방 세면 도구는 에르메스이며, 많은 사람들이 끌려 가고, 방이 아무것도 보이지 않고, 프론트 데스크가 전혀 전화를받지 않고, 사우나가 모두 닫히고, 하나는 열리지 않습니다. 사우나의 웨이터는 영어를 할 줄 모르고 오랫동안 꺼졌다고 말했습니다. 전체 체류는 정말 좋지 않습니다! ! !

The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.

We recently stayed at Hilton Belgrade and our experience was amazing! The hotel itself was great. The service is superb. We arrived very early at 6:00 AM and we didn’t expect our room to be ready until they normal check in time, which was afternoon . But we asked if by any chance they could check us in at the earlier time. The hotel was totally booked and we knew we had to wait. The only think they sad , that if room becomes available we will be on the priority line. In almost 1 hour they gave us the key to our room. The staff in the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. They made our stay more pleasant than it already was. Hilton Belgrade is located in the center of the city and it’s a walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade to stay in the Hilton Belgrade. Thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the stay.

Stayed here for a week. Great globalist recognition, used SUA to guarantee Regency Suite, which was located on 7th floor, where also Regency club is located. Club serves breakfast (with limited foods, but with no crowds) and evening spread (which has no hot food, but is otherwise very nice). Suite was nice, although some refurbishment (carpet) would be needed. Bed was ok, although it was not really king size as advertised, but two singles put together. Bath was ok, we had some problem with shower leaking water to the outside, as the design is not the best and water is not draining very well. Breakfast in the restaurant was good with quality foods, just quite crowdy at times. Also had one lunch in the hotel, which was also very good. Staff very nice and welcoming. Would stay here again, especially if hotel would invest in minor refurbishment, like replacing very tired carpets and beds.

Big window from wall to wall with excelent view to Novi Beograd skyscrappers. Ideal breakfast, with too many options. They had also an old bus to take us to the airport.

衞生：還是蠻乾淨整潔的 環境：大環境也還好，算是在居民區吧，住的那個房間比較安靜，就是廁所是玻璃門帶點磨砂，還有沒覆蓋到的。洗浴連着廁所沒有門，衞生間比較小。 房間內有免費茶包，有燒水壺，也有免費Wi-Fi。 酒店是在三樓吧，沒有電梯，搬行李會比較麻煩點。 交通：如果機場過來，3000塞爾維亞幣，司機會要26、7歐。但是如果兩個人帶了三大件一小件打一個車就會被拒載。坐機場大巴過去的話到終點站（4歐每人）走20分鐘。沒行李的話走着不遠，有行李路面不平，不好走。 店面不太好找，晚上到的，也是自己視力不好，那牌子沒看到，問了對面餐館才知道。 附近有酒吧和餐飲街，都營業到挺晚的。

The location was excellent, very close to some of the best restaurants in the city. The front desk worker was very polite and efficient, and explained everything I needed to know about the property. They gave us an electronic key card for entering the building, so everything was easy in terms of access and check out. The room was large and spacious and the bathroom was clean as well! Overall an excellent value for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Belgrade!

From June 23rd till June 27th 2022 we stayed in the Garni Hotel Opera with the 22 Old Boys from the Rotterdam Football Club of Neptunus-Schiebroek. To cut a long story short: It was a wonderful experience. A kind of Tree Times Perfect. The hotel, with an internal connection towards the Zora bar / restaurant, is perfectly located right in the center of Belgrade also known as The White City. The famous quarter Skadarlija is just around the corner, just as the Republic Square. The main street Knez Mihailova, leading to the Kalemegdan Fortress is at about 10 minutes walking distance. Because of the central location an endless number of bars and restaurants are nearby. Close to the hotel there is a bus station, with, amongst other, a direct line to Ada Ciganlija. Is the location perfect, the same counts for the hotel itself. It has recently been totally renovated, which resulted in a fresh looking reception with a (small) lobby and very comfy rooms with enough storage space, excellent beds and a nice bathroom. Besides the location and the rooms / hotel, I also would like to classify the staff and personnel as perfect. The cleaning team kept the rooms spotlessly clean, the people who arranged the extensive breakfast did a great job and Ema, Djordje, Dusan and Siniša (the Night watcher) from the reception were more than friendly, always ready to help and to answer our questions. Thanks, you all made / make a magnificent team. Last, but certainly not least, I would like to thank especially general manager Ana for arranging everything we could wish.

Parking was an absolute nightmare. After a four drive we arrived and attempted to follow the quirky instructions for parking our car. The hotel parking is situated within a separate private open air car park - right at the very end of it. Their idea is that you should park your car outside of this huge private car park, go looking for the hotel reception, obtain a car park entry ticket for the car park (barrier) and then return to your car, enter the private car park, drive to the far end, locate their car park and the access it. IT DOESN’T WORK! When there is zero parking anywhere near the private car park or the hotel. You are smack in the city centre of BELGRADE!!! And the hotel is located within a pedestrianised area. Forget their picture posted on ***********, that implies that parking nearby is easy - it was impossible. We pulled off the very busy main road, after going around and around three times (major stress) only to have cars appear behind us by the entrance to the car park. We had no choice but to take a ticket. We drove to the far end, spotted the tiny sign for The Petit Piaf Hotel, pressed the buzzer and the shutter opened revealing a massive parking vault. We parked our car unloaded all our luggage, hiked up the outdoor metal stairs, meandered through some cobbled passageway and eventually found reception feeling somewhat elated that we had survived the nightmare. When we mentioned that we had parked our car in the car park, we were instructed to remove it. We had to remove the car from their car park, drive through the other car park, exit the barrier manoeuvre adjacent to a very busy road, use their car park entry ticket and re-park our car in their hotel parking bay. There was no way of circumventing this ridiculous situation, none. The location of the hotel was excellent, the room was big, but the bathroom tiny. I mean really tiny less than one sq. meter to dance around the shower, sink and toilet lol. And the bathroom door opens into that less than one square meter of space. But worse of all, THE NOISE! at night. I hardly slept. The only relative quiet came after 4.15am - I know this because I was awake. Forget the ambiguous comments on other reviews, their windows are inadequate to surpress the laughter, loud music, cheering, singing etc etc. Don’t get me wrong if you are there to get lashed and party until 4.00am (ish) return to your room and hit the bed, no doubt you’d have a great nights sleep. For anybody else, I’d say forget it. To recap, archaic, totally inconvenient parking. Tiny bathroom. Good bedroom. Poor sound exclusion (little sleep). Great location and wonderful city. The free breakfast? We honestly could not wait to get out of this hotel, so we simply left on empty bellies. Never again, unless I’m invited on a rowdy stag do, without a car and it’s booked by somebody else!

Sensationelles Hotel mit großer Geschichte. Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders das Team an der Rezeption ist professionell und kompetent bei allen Fragen. Die Lage ist perfekt! Alles was man für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Belgrad benötigt, ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir lieben dieses Hotel und freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Besuch.....alles top!!!

비교적 허름한 건물에 위치하여 눈에 띄지 않습니다. 건물 시설은 비교적 낡았고 엘리베이터 디자인도 구식입니다. 사용 후 문이 닫히지 않으면 엘리베이터를 사용할 수 없습니다. 리셉션은 24 시간 서비스가 아니며, 우리가 도착했을 때는 이미 10시였습니다. 다행히 국제 전화가 있습니다. 그렇지 않으면 직원과 연락하여 체크인 할 수 없습니다. 그러나 객실 시설은 훌륭하고 매일 청소되며 매우 깔끔합니다.

호텔 위치는 공화국 광장에서 10분 이내 거리에 있습니다. 인터넷 유명인 커피숍과 피자 가게가 아래층에 있습니다. 주변 환경은 좋은데 광장이 보수 공사 중이라 차량이 바로 아래층으로 갈 수 없습니다. 아파트는 4층에 있으며 주변 풍경을 볼 수 있습니다. 아늑하다. 먼저 22번방으로 갔는데 대각선 맞은편이 22A라서 집을 찾는데 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 사장님도 친절하시고 공항까지 차를 불러주는 것도 도와주셨어요.
