유로파크 비크베르겐

We booked the accommodation through an English booking site, but found upon arrival that the English spoken at reception is rudementary. Some questions stayed unaswered and when we couldn't figure out how the aircon worked we didn't even bother going to reception to ask as we weren't sure that would be any help. The house itself was neat and clean, but I was very surprised you have to make your own bed on arrival. The bedding was in a plastic bag laid out on the beds - I have never seen that before so was not amused after a long day travelling to get here to also have to do that. Plus what a waste of plastic! Speaking of plastic - there is no information booklet in the house with basic things like what trash gets seperated and there are no seperate bins in or around. We didn't think they did waste seperation (serious down point in my book) but only found out when we brought our back to the waste station at the end of our stay that they did some seperation - but by then it is too late. Also no basic descriptions of how apparatus works, like the dishwashing machine, coffee machine or aircon (we had never used a dishwasher and the aircon wasn't one like we know) There is also no general information of "where is the nearest supermarkets", nearest towns and what things to do in the area, even walking routes are not supplied. When asking at reception I was pointed to the information board, which has a few folders of things to do, but no basic area information. They have a small shop on site, but during our stay this was have empty and mainly stocked with snacks, drinks and toys. We think the information may have been there before covid but was removed during. But we still would have appreciated the basic information of the area. It is my opinion that this place caters mainly for tourist that come by car and have the luxury of taking items from home - or when they buy it they can take it back home. While supplying bedding they don't supply towels (unless you top dollar for them) - we knew this and brough our own towels on the plane, but we didn't consider hand towels or dishtowels which are not supplied. Dishwashing liquid is supplied a tiny amount - the big bottle you buy in the supermarket then goes to waste after using it only 5 days. If you like going on random walks in the woods, this location is great. We did some walks and luckily didn't get lost as it is also not signposted inside the woods.

Nooit, maar dan ook nooit hier een huisje boeken. Echt smerig!! Het leek wel een soort afwerkplek die al jaren in gebruik was en al maanden nier schoongemaakt was. Echt zo ranzig. Overal vlekken, kruimels, muizenkeutels, verdwaalde sokken onder het bed, haren (hond en mens). Badkamer zat vol schimmel. Foto's komen totaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Zwembad koud en wordt niet schoon gemaakt.

Einfach nur Ekelhaft und Gesundheitsgefährdend. Bin gerade mit meiner Tochter im Euro Parcs in Beekbergen. Die Unterkunft ist der reinste Horror! Schimmel in einigen Ecken, Wasser läuft neben dem Sicherungskasten für Strom aus. Wurde mit einem Handtuch von dem Mitarbeiter abgedeckt und es tropft und tropft in einem Eimer. Geschirr sowie Besteck und Gläser bei Ankunft verdreckt. Dreckige Bettlacken und Gardinen. Spinnenweben in den Ecken. Fenster beschmiert. Vor allem für mein Kind ist es sehr gesundheitsgefährdend. Auf Beschwerde wird nicht reagiert. Man sieht es auch nicht ein uns eine andere Unterkunft zu geben, geschweige denn einen Preisnachlass. Wir werden zu Hause einen Rechtsanwalt einschalten, der uns unser Geld zurück holen wird. Reichlich Fotos sowie Bildermaterial ist vorhanden. Da kann der Betreiber sich nicht rausreden. Hier auch mal ein paar von den Fotos die wie haben. Für uns war es das erste sowie letzte Mal das wir einen der Euro Parcs besucht haben. Mit Landal oder Center Parcs hatten wir noch nie Probleme. Von uns aus ist der Euro Parcs nicht zu empfehlen.

Slechte ervaring met Europarcs. Een erg smerig 20- persoonshuisje met veel gebreken, zeer kindonveilig én op erg grote afstand van zwembad/shop. Zwembad was echt afschuwelijk vies. Koude douches en geen toezicht. Wij komen niet terug.

Een zes persoons huisje geboekt. Huisje niks op aan te merken! Echt top. Tuin ligt er mooi bij. Het had mooi geweest als er een stukje gras bij zou zijn voor de kinderen. Ik heb gemerkt dat er veel huisjes bewoond worden door particulieren. Oftewel geen vakantiegangers. Huisje zit tegen het wandelbos aan. Voor een vakantie park met bungalows vind ik het wel gek dat je geen geopende horeca hebt vanaf 10-12 uur waar je lekker binnen en of buiten kan zitten waar ook bediend wordt. Dit was er helaas niet.. Er is wel een terras met loungebanken zonder kussens. Zit een stuk beter met kussens. Hierdoor hebben we wel geld uitgegeven bij Landal op het terras met lunch, snack en diner welke naast dit park is gevestigd.

Verbleven in een tiny house. Deze was heel schattig en leuk. Alles is er te vinden wat je nodig hebt. Enige opmerking aan het huisje was de slappe waterdruk in de douche en het gekraak van het bed. Echter het park zelf begint al met de receptioniste die er staat. Volgensmij de enige vrouw die er op leeftijd staat en het werk wat ze doet volgensmij niet leuk vindt. Veel zelf moeten ondervinden, weg op het park is moeilijk te vinden en alle andere dingen moet je zelf maar uitzoeken. We zijn weinig op het park geweest, vonden het zonde om daar ons geld te spenderen.
