리리뷰어The hotel front desk agent tried to charge me twice for the hotel service fee. I booked through trip.com and had already paid for the hotel service fee which is $98 for 2 nights. After showing them the itemized receipt, they said it is the 3rd party service fee, not the hotel service fee. I told them I’m not paying another service fee. I’m glad I did not have to pay twice, but it was kind of ruin my day. Now there is another extra charge on my credit card placed by the hotel. I am in the process of disputing with my credit card. Overall, I like the place, but not the way they tried to charge for all these hidden or bogus fees. Note: the hotel is already expensive…

TTHfloridaFirst of all, there were extra fees involved beyond the full trip. Com price which was supposed to include all fees. The explanation was that using trip.com causes this which you find out when you arrive. There is a sign at the front desk explaining it and is only around $20 with tax but would have been nice to know about when I was comparing hotel options.
As for the room, it is older, but was clean. The ocean front view was great as is being next to the beach and they have a nice pool and hot tub area. The breakfast option was not awesome. For myself, I would look for other options next time

MMaria Lovely JaneIt was good, having no towel is not good they will out of extra towel because of the laundry guy but I guess they should have leave some extra...don't wait until all of them are dirty and that that's when you wash them all together not right...No utensils in the kitchen which we don't mind because we buy instead.
The most important is the room is clean and its near to where we are going.

리리뷰어Laundry machines were all broken except for one of 5 washers. 4 dryers all broken and clearly they are not buying new ones. They don’t clean daily or take out trash so it piles up in your room unless you happen to see them near your room, then they are very helpful. The people working are all very nice. They just need better owners and management. They want to do better. Beds were very comfortable. Big suite rooms.

리리뷰어호텔은 해변에 바로 위치하고 있습니다. 체크인은 좋은 경험이었습니다. Marcus는 키퍼 헤어 컷뿐만 아니라 훌륭한 고객 서비스 기술을 가지고 있습니다. 체크인은 오후 6시 (비정상적인 늦은 시간) 이었지만 오후 3 시경에 방을 얻었습니다. 아침 식사와 매일 룸 서비스는 없지만 위치와 방 자체는 그것을 보완합니다.
그들은 많은 나쁜 리뷰를 가지고 있습니다. 조금 무서웠지만 개조 전에 우리 방이 걸프 사이드였습니다 - 4414와 새로 개조되었습니다
해변은 굉장합니다- 길고 넓고 깨끗합니다-개 친화적 인 (호텔은 또한 개 친화적 인)
아래층에 음식과 음료가있는 멋진 바-우리 머무는 동안 맥주는 2 달러였습니다! 음식은 제한적이지만 신선하고 저렴했습니다.
전반적으로 좋은 경험과 저렴한 가격 - 우리는 새해 2022 년 동안 며칠 동안 머물 렀습니다.

리리뷰어The room is clean but the microwave doesn’t work. Not a big deal because I didn’t need it. However, this crazy lady keeps waking me up every night in the middle of the night banging on my door. She’s not crazy or drunk, she just keeps forgetting which door to bang on. Maybe she’s ****, I don’t know. Her room is 2 more doors down. How hard is it to memorize your room number? It’s not the fault of Quality Inn. Just my complaint about the neighbors.

Staff was sweet , now it seem a bit misleading when u first walk in as they was remodeling the dinning area, by the time I left they was finished. the room I was in was alright came with the supplies and bnb would have. I would say if u the type to watch tv bring a firestick or some cuz the cable was trash . Internet was decent but not perfect . It did smell like smoke a bit but I didn’t let that bother me too much .
