리리뷰어We were easily able to find this hotel. The staff was excellent at check in and continued to be throughout our stay. The room was very clean and quiet even with being close to I-10. Room service was excellent and stopped in every day. We found the hotel was well located for visiting our family nearby. It was also located close by to a number of restaurants that we were able to just walk to. Great experience.

리리뷰어The place was clean and convenient but our room did not look like pictures on site when booking so that was disappointing. The staff was nice. There were problems with elevators which had to be worked on so it made getting to our 8th floor a lot slower. The breakfast was average. I was not informed that the orange bands needed to be turned in or would be charged $10 a piece but thankfully was able to go find them after loading everything up. Parking is also paid separately which I had booked on another site and was supposed to have been included but hotel made me pay so I had to take that up with trip.com where I booked. Just average stay.

리리뷰어Checking in was a great experience, and the room was very nice, meeting all our needs. However, the swimming pool and hot tub were not ready; they had chlorine mixing and bugs in them.
The staff was wonderful and very personable throughout the entire stay. Breakfast was a perfect 10 out of 10! The staff member working the breakfast on July 1st truly excelled. She greeted every customer as they entered, making them feel welcome. She was helpful when needed and ensured that the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. She even made more fresh and hot as they emptied.

리리뷰어방에 몇 가지 사소한 문제에도 불구하고 호텔은 정말 좋았습니다! 벽이 너무 얇아서 모든 소리가 들렸지만 직원들은 친절했고 방은 깨끗했으며 위치는 완벽했습니다. 해변 바로 옆에 있고 많은 레스토랑과 활동과 가깝습니다. 일부 유지 보수 문제이지만 전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박이었습니다!

리리뷰어The Hilton Garden Inn in Orange Beach, Alabama, was a beautiful place! I liked the hotel layout. My favorite parts while staying there were collecting shells on their beaitiful private beach behind the hotel, leisurely riding innertubes on their ”heated river” behind the hotel and enjoying their delicious breakfast buffet. Every hotel employee we met was wonderful and helpful! I reserved a physicallyhandicapped room with island view. My only unpleasant part of my stay was the flooding from the handicapped bathroom shower that flooded the bathroom floor, into the front entrance to the room, even wetting the hall carpet. I reported it to the front desk, who thanked me for reporting it. They said it was because it was a handicapped room. I told them it didn't matter...if it was a handicapped room or not. I told them more care should have been taken considering it was for a handicapped person. What if I'd fallen on the wet floor and gotten hurt? Anyway, I liked the hotel but I don't recommend renting and reserving the handicapped room (#415) until these issues are corrected and the room, itself, is updated and this problem is completely corrected. 리리뷰어호텔은 훌륭했고 해변 입구에서 직접 길을 건너야했습니다. 아침 식사 선택은 약간 부족했지만 (곡물, 오트밀 및 머핀을 생각하십시오) 하루 동안 연료를 공급하기에 충분했습니다. 내 방의 바닥은 모래로 매우 곡물이 있었지만 해변 호텔로서 기대됩니다. 하우스 키핑은 요청한 시트, 수건 및 화장지를 적시에 제공하는 데 훌륭했습니다. 한 가지 언급할만한 가치가있는 불편은 냉장고, 전자 레인지 및 TV를 한 번에 꽂을 수 없도록 가전 제품과 가까운 쉽게 접근 할 수있는 플러그 중 하나였습니다. 그러나 이것은 다른 여행 방문자 방에서 문제가 아니므로 아마도 이것은 단지 싱글 룸 문제 일 것입니다. 훌륭한 휴식 장소를 제공하는 야외 좌석 공간이 몇 군데 있습니다. 아래 사진은 호텔 계단에서 찍은 사진 중 일부입니다. 수영장은 해변이 불가능 할 때 아이들을 데려 올 수있는 훌륭한 탈출구였습니다. 이 호텔은 또한 운동 능력이 제한된 어린이를 위해 매우 이해하고 수용했습니다. 걸프쇼어에서 머무는 동안 너무 멋진 곳이 아니라 괜찮은 곳을 찾고 있다면, 이것은 확실히 내가 추천 할 곳입니다.

리리뷰어The place really needs to be gutted and rebuilt!! The tub corners were really filthy!! It was like baked in dirt!! Looks like they may need a chisel to remove the dirt stuck to the tub corners!! Thank goodness I always bring my own shower flip flops !! They didn’t even have bath towels just hand towels and one of the wash cloths was not even white anymore ( that really should have been trashed!! ) Thank goodness I also bring my own towels ! The carpet was so stained the room smells horrible!! The elevator was so dirty and dingy!!
And to think they charged me $225 for the night !! It’s good I was just passing through and it was a last minute trip and I didn’t have to stay but less than 12 hours!! I would never go back to that hotel again and unfortunately they make all other hotels that carry the same name look bad!!
