리리뷰어We were easily able to find this hotel. The staff was excellent at check in and continued to be throughout our stay. The room was very clean and quiet even with being close to I-10. Room service was excellent and stopped in every day. We found the hotel was well located for visiting our family nearby. It was also located close by to a number of restaurants that we were able to just walk to. Great experience.

리리뷰어침대는 매우 단단하고 불편합니다. 머리카락이 있었고 샤워도 마찬가지였습니다. 수영장은 사진만큼 크지 않지만 깨끗했습니다. 여기 사람들은 멋지다. 아침 식사는 아침 식사 바 또는 바나나입니다. 수면을 하지 않고 수영을 하고 싶다면 이곳이 바로 당신입니다.

SShawniya03카펫은 휠체어를 사용하여 굴리는 것이 어려웠습니다. 비상 출입을 위해 장애인 접근 가능한 객실은 1 층에 있어야합니다. 방 출입구는 큰 휠체어가 도움을받지 않고 통과하기에 너무 좁습니다. 다만 조식 공간이 매우 편안하고 호텔 분위기가 깨끗하고 매력적이었습니다.

리리뷰어Checking in was a great experience, and the room was very nice, meeting all our needs. However, the swimming pool and hot tub were not ready; they had chlorine mixing and bugs in them.
The staff was wonderful and very personable throughout the entire stay. Breakfast was a perfect 10 out of 10! The staff member working the breakfast on July 1st truly excelled. She greeted every customer as they entered, making them feel welcome. She was helpful when needed and ensured that the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. She even made more fresh and hot as they emptied.

리리뷰어좋은 숙박! 우리는 간이 주방과 2개의 퀸 사이즈 침대가 있는 방을 가지고 있었습니다. 방은 넓고 모든 것이 깨끗했습니다. 풀 사이즈 냉장고와 4-burner 스토브탑이 있었습니다. 침대는 너무 편안했습니다! 방은 조금 낡았지만 모든 것이 기능적이고 목적을 달성했습니다. 숙소는 조용하고 가족 중심이었습니다. 유일한 반 불만은 수영장이 얼었다는 것입니다. 분명히 그 대부분은 아직 엄청 덥지 않아서였는데 온수 욕조도 별로 따뜻하지 않았어요. 불행히도 우리는 실내 수영장을 즐길 수 없었습니다. 그 수영장이 얼음과 같았기 때문입니다. 그러나 다시 날씨가 더 따뜻했다면 아마도 그렇게 춥지 않았을 것입니다. 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다!

리리뷰어The Hilton Garden Inn in Orange Beach, Alabama, was a beautiful place! I liked the hotel layout. My favorite parts while staying there were collecting shells on their beaitiful private beach behind the hotel, leisurely riding innertubes on their ”heated river” behind the hotel and enjoying their delicious breakfast buffet. Every hotel employee we met was wonderful and helpful! I reserved a physicallyhandicapped room with island view. My only unpleasant part of my stay was the flooding from the handicapped bathroom shower that flooded the bathroom floor, into the front entrance to the room, even wetting the hall carpet. I reported it to the front desk, who thanked me for reporting it. They said it was because it was a handicapped room. I told them it didn't matter...if it was a handicapped room or not. I told them more care should have been taken considering it was for a handicapped person. What if I'd fallen on the wet floor and gotten hurt? Anyway, I liked the hotel but I don't recommend renting and reserving the handicapped room (#415) until these issues are corrected and the room, itself, is updated and this problem is completely corrected. 리리뷰어The place really needs to be gutted and rebuilt!! The tub corners were really filthy!! It was like baked in dirt!! Looks like they may need a chisel to remove the dirt stuck to the tub corners!! Thank goodness I always bring my own shower flip flops !! They didn’t even have bath towels just hand towels and one of the wash cloths was not even white anymore ( that really should have been trashed!! ) Thank goodness I also bring my own towels ! The carpet was so stained the room smells horrible!! The elevator was so dirty and dingy!!
And to think they charged me $225 for the night !! It’s good I was just passing through and it was a last minute trip and I didn’t have to stay but less than 12 hours!! I would never go back to that hotel again and unfortunately they make all other hotels that carry the same name look bad!!
