The hotel's location is undeniably beautiful — nestled in nature, calm and scenic. But just because it's surrounded by nature doesn't mean I expected to sleep with the insects in a so-called luxury villa. We understand that being in the woods comes with certain realities, and we did our best to deal with them. However, the housekeeping staff did not offer any meaningful help when we pointed out the issue. Hospitality should be more than just a nice setting — it should be about actually caring for guests. Another disappointing moment was when we asked for a red wine recommendation to pair with our meat dish. We expected at least a basic level of knowledge or effort, but the suggestion we received was completely inappropriate and made us feel like we were just being shrugged off. We came here expecting a peaceful and refined experience. What we got felt more like an expensive camping trip — with poor service.

Marvellous hotel with excellent grounds . Mini zoo with loads of activities from the entertainment team . The service from all the staff makes the hotel highly recommended. You must visit the Vado Spa where again the staff are wonderfully friendly and give an extremely professional service . Great value for the money.

We had the pleasure of staying at Batihan Vadi Hotel, nestled in a serene valley just outside Kuşadası, and it truly exceeded our expectations. This place is a peaceful paradise combining luxury, nature and warm hospitality. We booked one of the premium villas and it was simply stunning. Spacious, stylishly designed and immaculately clean, the villa came with its own private pool, large garden with gazebo and jacuzzi. The villas also benefit from the lovely mountain views which surround the entire property. The hotel grounds are beautifully laid out with peacocks and ducks roaming freely. There’s also a mini zoo with additional animals which are all well looked after. For those who want to be active there’s a first class Gym Zone (with fitness classes twice weekly), an 18 hole crazy golf course, outdoor tennis courts, giant chess, table tennis, darts to name a few. Service at Batihan Vadi is first class. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, with a genuine eagerness to make your stay perfect. A special shoutout to Mohammed and Ozzy from the restaurant team, who went above and beyond to ensure every meal and moment was memorable. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh, local, and international options. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed and will definitely return.

We stayed at this hotel at the start of June and we cannot recommend it enough. The location and peacefulness is pure relaxation. We visited with a three year old who made the most of the activities and kids club. She loved every minute and swimming in the main pool was her favourite activity. Alpert the lifeguard played with her and encouraged her to become confident in the water. She even got a medal. 🥇. Guizam in kids club painted her face every day sometimes more than twice a day alongside making her evening with mini disco. We also have 4 month old twins who also loved the hotel. They enjoyed the relaxed environment. Ozzy ensured we had everything we needed and always came to check on us and make sure we were ok. The food was so fresh, well cooked and delicious. I can’t recommend this hotel enough as nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We felt well and truly looked after during our stay. We left feeling so relaxed and we will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel with extensive grounds in a super family room overlooking the main pool (most people were staying in villas with their own pools). The shared pool was usually very peaceful and I loved that the baby ducklings sometimes shared it with us! Food and drink were great and the staff were very helpful. We especially loved the Wine Bar and were surprised that more people didn't go there. Lovely staff - especially Ali and Alpert ... but many others whose name I didn't get. It would be helpful if there was a hotel information booklet in the room including a list of restaurant options and how to book them. If I was to return I'd probably hire a car. We used taxis to visit Ephesus and Kusadasi but it would be lovely to explore more of the surrounding countryside and villages.

We stayed in a premier villa with private pool and jacuzzi. It was an amazing villa. Enclosed garden, not overlooked and peaceful. The villa was comprised of a very spacious lounge, a roomy bedroom with good storage and a good sized shower room, all to a high spec. Aircon in the two main rooms, mood lighting and patio doors opening onto the patio from both rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s an impressive Gym and Spa on site and a host of activities including Archery, Golf and Tennis. The food was good and the portions generous. Service is “leisurely” so if you are going out early book an early breakfast but allow plenty of time (1hr). Breakfast was included (9am-Noon). Food prices were consistent with the local town ( Kusadasi) and the drinks a tad more expensive. Türkiye is no longer cheap for food and drink. The resort is a taxi drive away from town. If you only plan to do a couple of trips out (Ephesus, boat trips, etc) but spending most of the time at the hotel complex then it’d worth considering the “All inclusive” option. There’s plenty of bird wildlife freely roaming the complex so don’t be surprised by the screech of a Peacock or the croak of a frog. The complex is eco friendly and uses electric vehicles to ferry folks around.
