It was a serene escape from the town's noise and construction. The views are truly incredible - the perfect balance of proximity to daily activities and a tranquil environment. The room surpassed all expectations, even more stunning than the photos! The private jetted tub offered a relaxing soak with a breathtaking sunset view, while the private dipping pool in the room added an extra touch of luxury. The property is newly built, and has excellent hot water and water pressure. The rooftop restaurant and kitchen served delicious, fresh meals, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, even attending to requests after midnight. The WiFi is fast and reliable, and plenty of parking. It’s about 5 minutes by car from city center. We had a rental car but in the future, I’d just get a scooter. The owner of this property went above and beyond to accommodate us last minute and late at night, even arranged for a chef to cook since we had missed dinner! The staff provided exceptional personalized service, promptly addressed any questions or needs, and made our stay unforgettable!

Thank you for a great vacation. Hotel room was clean and good condition, the view into the bay was marvelous! You can see the sunset over the sea and night lights and stars from the terrace, the infinity pool, the balcony and even from the bed (and toilet :D) thanks to the huge window. Room was small (even the deluxe double room) but enough. Balcony was big! Breakfast was fresh and nice. For beach- and city-access, I recommend a car!

We spent 2 days in this wonderful place and we would have liked to stay many more. The incredible views from the room and the pool area is wonderful all the day, but especially for the susnset. The calm of the place, the good attention of its employees, the cleanliness and the breakfast; everything made us have a very pleasant and recommendable experience.

Much better place in Kas if you like calm and harmony environment around. One of the best panoramic view on the Kas area and islands nearby! Rooms are pretty clear and big enough. Sometimes there are short-term electicity shut downs but it is due to high season load around. Breakfast is good enough, but do not expect any fantastic selection , it is not Rixos of course. I would recommend to add some tablewares in the rooms and some glasses, because there are only two cups for tea inside ) Best wishes!

This hotel is apparently underrated. It's very new and has high-quality standards. The owner is in charge of all operations, and you do not need to worry about any point. The rooms are super clean and big. Their view is amazing! The Infiniti pool was our kids' favorite thing. They serve a simple and fit breakfast full of fresh local foods. We highly recommend this hotel who wants to stay in Kas. See you next year!

We spend there a couple days with Family and Friends. Everything is very very clean. The rooms have enough Space and a anhingt seaview, also some of them have a private Pool/Jakuzzi. The Personal tel to find for every Problem a Solution, very helpfull, kind and nice, everytime of the day! For Breakfast you will find everything what you are searching for! Very delicious🥰 Infront of the Hotel are enough parking Places! I Hope we can visit this phenomenal Place again We loved it

Overnight stay enroute between Antalya and Fethiye. The location and views were amazing. Very quiet. Service very good and friendly. If you don't have a car then access to Kaş town centre can be difficult, although it is possible to get a taxi or walk for 30min on hilly terrain. However, the views from the front rooms and pool make this place worth the inconvenience.

the view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful. However to get to the hotel, we have to pass a narrow road where so many cars are parked. It's also quite far to reach the hotel as it is on a hill. Nevertheless, it's a reccommended hotel to stay with a family.
