Algunos camareros en el buffet Poseidón nos trataron de mala gana, todo lo contrario a Domingo que estaba siempre atento y con una buena sonrisa, los chicos del bar de las piscinas del palace y la Secret son del 100, en cuanto a la habitación teníamos cucarachas en la cama, los baños estaban regularmente limpio, por lo demás bien.

DO NOT PURCHASE MEMBERSHIP My email to Palladium CEO I am reaching out to you regarding our membership, as we are hoping you will reply to us with heart, care and resolution to our membership with Palladium. We are to the utmost extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with our membership that we purchased earlier this year of 2025 on our visit to TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana. We feel that our contract was not fulfilled according to stated within the contract. On October 24, 2025, we returned to TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana for a 2nd time for our 6 year anniversary, to celebrate, relax and enjoy our special day and time. None of that happened for us at all. We wasted so much of our time back and forth with your Travel Club team, where we were also treated absolutely terrible in many ways, and now we feel that our agreement that we had signed was not fulfilled at all by Palladium. To begin with, the air conditioning did not work properly and was often hot in our suite, and the patio door had nothing on the outside of the door to let us in if we stepped out on the balcony. We were locked out 3 times because of this and had to wait to have somebody hopefully walk by to get us help to get back in. For both of these incidents, we reported them to the Palladium staff a few times, and not once did anyone come to fix both issues. To continue, the chair on our patio fell apart while I was sitting in it causing me to fall and injure my neck (which affected our entire stay also). Again we reported this and nothing was done to fix the chair or anything. To continue, the water in our suite was always scalding hot and this was not attended to as well. On one occasion while I was showering they turned off the water off on us without any advanced notice to us that they would be turning off the water. On one night the resort decided to do pool repairs outside our poolside suite at 10:30pm with loud cement saws. Also as part of our Palladium membership, we were never offered or given our excursions that come with our membership. They basically just checked us in and nothing else. We were not even notified by anyone that the secret pool was shut down. That happened to also be a huge reason for our return to TRS. This trip back to TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana was an absolute nightmare, and this was our 6 year anniversary trip we were celebrating. There was no celebration for us because of everything listed that we been through. We spent more time back and forth with Palladium then enjoying ourselves and relaxing. To continue, on many multiple occasions we had presented every mishap and concern to the staff at the members lodge, where nothing was done for us and we were treated absolutely terrible by them. We even tried to work with the team at TRS Turquesa on a suitable resolution, but this never transpired because of the way we were treated by them. My wife and i stayed at this hotel/resort for 2 weeks late september early oct. What a disappointment!! For starters half the resturants were closed incuding the sports bar, we weren't informed at check in and only found out via the app. The food was awful, the breakfast buffet was always lukewarm, there was never cutlery on the table and tea/coffee was hit and miss. There was no variety to the food just the same poor stuff every day. The al la carte resturants were slightly better but not amazing. The room (6606) was ok, the shower had this odd sliding screen design into the room which looks cool but water leaks through and makes the floor dangerously slippery. The service was hit and miss obviously if you tip they are a bit more enthusiastic but not much. Thankfully we avoided the "tour" which we found out was trick to try and sell you some timeshare or other con. These people are very pushy and can become rude bordering on hostile when you decline, other guests even told us they waited outside their room. The reason tor the extra point is the pool area was nice, and the Hennasey bar was very good. Oh and they charge you 18 U.S dollars for room service which i find pretty poor for an all inclusive resort. I'll never book here again and wish i'd booked elsewhere

What a TOTAL let down!!! This Grand Palladium ******!!!! Not welcoming at all. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The overwhelming of staff trying to sell you excursions and get you to participate in a BS tour is annoying as hell. ..
