Royalton Splash Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino

The staff were so rude. It was clearly obvious that they did not care to serve black people. The difference between treatment and attitudes between white guest and black guest was abundantly clear. Will never go to thus resort again.

I enjoy the stay, I love it, great service

Experience as a Diamond Club Guest! (Keep in mind that my first language is Spanish, so language barrier was not an issue for me and still had the worst experience) This resort is nothing compare with other Royalton. Do not waste your time, money or energy on trying to get a good vacation, is not even worth the money you expend for a better service. I went in June with my family of 5, one infant and two 7 years old, mainly because last year we visited another Royalton and loved it, thought having the water park at our resort will be ideal as it will be more for the kids to do (not at all). Being a Diamond Club Guest, you do not even have a chance to reserve a la cart such as the Steak House or Japanese ( is not my fault the hotel is under renovation, I didn't get a discount or better service) and the reason why is because is a money grab, if you are a regular guest and pay as it's required you can get a reservation but we paid for Diamond upgrade and not even our bottler could score it for us. Had several issues with the rooms, the 1st one on the 3rd floor (no elevator) had a leak and one of suitcases got wet. They don't have specific room or building let alone better service for Diamond. For better service and completely different experience we spent the majority of our time in Punta Cana side, not ideal because it's a far walk that we needed to do often because the tram was full or the wait was like 1 hr. Basically all you paid extra for Diamond is for cheap bottle of wine and a bottle Tequila. ( Not good service or anything else) I gave 1 Star because our butler Kelvin did the best he could to solve some of our many issues during our vacation. And yes, I went and spoke to management about the issues and nothing was done, they don't want your business once you are there or care about you. I basically got told to go to Royalton Bavaro if I want something better. The last day of our vacation got a message from the manager Fiska, saying he had a Cabana for us but I needed to sign something... Nope thanks. Also reservation for dinner at time that they know we were unable to attend. Will definitely not be coming back to Splash.

Such a lovely hotel and lovely staff especially Roberto. He made our stay so fun. The food is nice, can’t fault any of it. The pool was an amazing environment with an amazing pool bar with lovely pina coladas. The white night was also very fun with a fire show.

Firstly I most say the Royalton Splash Punta Cana is so beautiful in pictures, but let me tell you in person it’s breathtaking My family and I booked for Diamond Club but little did we know all the fancy things it came with even got a personal butler to help us out to maneuver the resort Mr. Ernesto Felix, he was so helpful, informative and honest to my family and I. If I go back I’ll definitely request for him to be my butler again. Also the waterslides, shows and restaurants are thee best 10/10 ❤️

The food could be better, however it is an all inclusive so perfectly understandable. Staff is AMAZING, helpful, nice and always trying to go above and beyond for the guest. Leidi from Selections is wonderful, she made 2 teas for my sore throat. Stephanie from Selections was also an amazing waitress. Freddy was also super helpful ALWAYS. Ashley took care of my transfers and all restaurant reservations and was always in her best disposition to help.
