Very noisy, thin walls and able to hear conversations and bathroom sounds from next room! Aircon, tv and bathroom scales not working nor fixed when reported. But the worst thing of all was after waiting me turn in queue, the receptionist literally ignored me for wealthy looking guest behind me in queue when I went to book a (very overpriced) massage. On asking the receptionist if I was invisible, the 2nd receptionist who'd be studiously ignoring the queue stepped in. Apparently your business is only valuable if Hotel Monarch thinks you have lots of money.
