酒店很不錯，充滿老闆設計巧思，床鋪也香香的，而老闆很熱情的介紹。需注意前台需上階梯後找管家通知老闆入住。酒店缺點是交通不太方便與廁所芳香噴劑聲音有點大，約5~10分噴一次。需注意酒店規則不接待小孩

We had the best time at Puncak and didn’t want to leave Jean-Paul and Nury are the best hosts and nothing is a problem. From the beautiful rooms to the amazing views we were in paradise. The breakfast was really good and so was the food from the menu . The pool was simply stunning and we habitually kept taking pictures in and out of it….. We opted to use bluebird taxis in and out of sengiggi which worked well. We loved our time and were sad to leave … thanks again Jp and Nury

We stayed at the Puncak in August. From the moment we arrived the owner and his team Budy and Superdan were faultless. Very attentive and helpful. The grounds, the views, the pool, the sunsets…just amazing. It’s incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax. The breakfasts were lovely, fresh and delicious. Huge portions. Might be nice to have a lighter option, I felt guilty when I couldn’t finish it. We would definitely recommend The Puncak to anyone visiting Lombok. The only teeny tiny criticism would be the fridge in the room buzzed quite loudly and being a light sleeper I used earplugs.

The Puncak has only 5 rooms. The owners (Jean-Paul and Nury) are super friendly, and are likely to stop you for a chat. You won't feel invisible here, so if that's what you want, this might not be for you. The rooms are great, and the views are spectacular. I can recommend their breakfast, which is pretty big and has lots variety. The omelette in particular was delicious - thanks Nury! Guests should note that Google Maps doesn't seem to have the right entrance at the time of writing (Sept 2023) - Image attached shows correct entrance. It's also not super well signposted as the road around the back was recently built, so traffic now typically comes from the opposite direction than originally intended.

From the moment we arrived, Jean made us feel welcomed and at ease. He took care of every request we had (and we had quite a few of them). It’s easy to get to the main Senggigi stretch for a massage/meal too (just get a Grab or Gojek). Will recommend The Puncak if you are looking for a relaxed, quiet, tropical getaway.

Location pazzesca con una vista eccezionale. Piscina infinity pool. Colazione abbondante e deliziosa. camera che affaccia direttamente sulla piscina e sul panorama che puoi goderti direttamente dal letto. Accoglienza fantastica .
