We attempted to contact the host multiple times because the hey was missing from the lockbox. He never contacted us back. We had to find a different place to stay because we were unable to access the apartment we rented.

Football weekend We came for the Ole Miss/ LSU football game. Great weekend and close to everything!

Location, Location, Location We were attending an event at Raising Cane's Rivercenter and wanted to be somewhere that we didn't have to worry about driving through traffic or paying parking fees. This location is PERFECT. We walked to the riverfront for sightseeing, walked to PJs Coffee and were able to walk to the event center (all less than 10 minutes walk). That being said - there were some events at night that brought a lot of traffic. People were outside "pre-gaming" and hanging out. I don't know if I would go walking around by myself at night but during the day I felt completely safe. Check-in was great, Paul was responsive and let us know if we had any issues. We came in late Friday/early Saturday morning and were able to check in with the lockbox code. We requested a late checkout on Sunday and Paul was kind to allow us an extra hour. If you are wanting a 5 star luxury experience, this is not the place for you. If you want somewhere to get a decent night's sleep and a warm shower, this is perfect. The building is older and it feels like an older building. The beds were comfy and clean. The bathroom was clean but the walls and fan could use a good scrub and detail brush. We didn't cook or use the kitchen so no comments about that. I would probably stay here again just for the location alone.
