We're only two miles to LSU's campus or you can walk east down toward the Perkins Road Overpass Merchants District or west to lovely City Park. Perfect Baton Rouge visit
House is beautiful and very spacious. Adorable decor with large kitchen and Nespresso coffee machine!! Large back porch and fenced yard. Very private. The neighborhood is lovely within walking distance to flower shop and dozens of places to eat. Minutes from LSU Absolutely stunning perfect
