Mine was a business trip for 3months.PanBil is one of the best hotels in Batam.Rooms were well maintained.But as am from India I would suggest PanBil to serve Indian Foods (Idly,Dosa varieties)We were more than 20ppls staying in Panbil. Things to improve 1) Transport Facility 2)Serve Indian Food Murdani and Nuri are so responsible in their duties.I would give them 5stars

Recommended by a friend, it is my first time staying at Best Western Panbil, Batam and it is exceeded my expectation. The team prepared a birthday surprise in the room with baloon and cake. It was so pretty and memorable. A nice touch! Thank you! We visited ARTrium and Eco Farm which within the premises of the hotel. We tried the Gelato and loved it! There is a supermarket, complete with a wide range of products, very convenient. The room is spacious, minibar included with a good variety from alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages and some snacks. The bed is SUPER comfortable. I personally love the amenities especially the shower gel with Lemongrass Ginger, relaxing and calming. The staffs are very friendly and shout out to Pak Ade for the hospitality. Definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Tonight is our last night here in Eska. All good. Water heater, thick towels(some hotel's has very thin towels), hairdryer. A/C was working well. Mini fridge was ok. Not that cold. No funky smell in the room & bathroom, clean. Lobby is clean. Housekeeping team was great. Breakfast platter was good too. The bed was not bad($40+, yeah). Only the pillows thou. I find it quite flat. Haha. And Kepri Mall is permanently closed. So, its little quiet. I would suggest to get yourself a prepaid card for data*get a bigger Gb, if you likes watching Netflix or videos*. Just to standby. Hehe! We arrived on the Friday afternoon, Wifi connection, TV was all fine. But, when we came back that night prolly around 10pm ish. there is no Wifi connection at all till the next mrng. But now, 12.38am, Sat night. Wifi was good. Idk whether the connection or what. I just used up my data yesterday😅 to surf the internet. We didnt try the spa here, because we had our regular massage place else where. And theres a restraunt at the roof top. Very nice. But didnt get a chance to sit there, as its raining. Yeaa. Overall, worth the stay. Only the Wifi thingy.

FO에게 이것을 말했을 때, 그들은 그것에 대해 아무것도 할 수 없다고 말했지만 ... 호텔 주방 냉동실에 물건을 보관할 수 있다고 말했습니다. .. 뭐? !! 다운너 # 5 이 시점에서 나는 취소하고 근처의 다른 호텔에 갈 예정 이었지만 아내는 아이들이 움직일 때 지쳐 있다고 말했습니다. 그래서 우리는 망설였다. 다음날 아침 뷔페는 매우 실망했습니다. Rp50000/pax 그것은 확실히 돈의 가치가 없었습니다. 다운 러 # 6. 호텔에서 걸어 나와 길 건너편에 맛있는 길거리 음식을 맛보는 것이 좋습니다. 오전 9시에 FO에서 저녁 세션을위한 전통적인 메시지를 예약하려고했습니다. 그들이 우리가 확인하기 위해 무엇이 될 것이라고 말했습니다. 오후 8 시까 지 통보가 없습니다. 개인적으로 방이있는 카운터 인 소위 스파에 가야했습니다. 우리는 1 시간 세션을 예약했습니다. 우리가 방에 들어갔을 때, 싱글 침대가 2 개있었습니다. 마사지 테이블이 아니라 일반 호텔 침대! 마사지는 그렇게 적었고 40 분 후에 끝났습니다! 이것에 대해 이야기했을 때, 마사지사는 외부에 다른 사람들이 기다리고 있다고 말했습니다. 그래서 이것이 단점을 정당화합니까? Downer # 7. 요약하자면,이 호텔을 마지막으로 예약 할 것입니다. 다음에 방문하면 다른 인근 SP 호텔로 갈 것입니다.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. 먼저 단점에 대해 이야기하겠습니다. 호텔의 장비가 비교적 오래되었고 욕실의 문이나 문틀에 물에 젖은 흔적이 있습니다. 호텔 로비에 들어갈 때 축축한 냄새가납니다. 무너지면 느낄 수 있습니다. 아래 샘물의 흔적, 찻잔과 식기가 깨끗해 보이지 않고 커피나 홍차 얼룩이 묻어 있음, 욕실 청결도 개선이 필요함, 헤어드라이어에 머리카락과 먼지가 있음, 타일로 된 벽 화장실 바닥에도 더러운 것들이 있고 발코니 바닥은 깨끗하지 않습니다. 기본적으로 이것들입니다. 제가 더 만족하는 부분에 대해 말씀드리자면 일단 호텔 가격이 정말 예뻐요! 중국에서는 같은 수준과 가격의 호텔에 살 수 없다고 생각하며 호텔의 위치가 매우 좋고 쇼핑몰과 멀지 않고 택시를 타기에 편리합니다. 가족여행이라 저희는 큰 침대가 있는 방이 필요하고 다른 하나는 큰 사이즈의 싱글 침대 2개가 필요합니다. -사이즈 싱글 침대는 아이가 혼자 자기에 딱 적당하고, 다른 침대는 어른과 아이가 잘 수 있습니다. 방마다 욕조를 요청하고 모든 준비가 되어 있습니다. 호텔의 아침 식사는 놀랍지 않고 상당히 만족스럽습니다. ,하지만 가득하고 대중의 취향을 충족시킵니다. 일반적으로 하드웨어 조건을 개선해야 하고 위생 조건을 개선해야 하며 서비스가 좋고 숙박이 더 편안합니다.다시 바탐에 가고 싶다면 다시 머무는 것을 고려할 것입니다.
