Each morning, I followed a jasmine-scented trail to the resort’s pool, where the water’s mirror-like surface reflected swaying palm fronds. The gentle rustle of leaves and distant songbirds provided the only soundtrack, transforming laps into a meditative ritual. Towels, chilled coconut water, and fresh tropical fruit awaited poolside, ensuring every moment felt pampered. Dinner introduced me to Goan-inspired cuisine—succulent river prawn curry, vibrant vegetable stews, and delicate coconut-infused desserts—all served with warm, attentive hospitality.
