Everything perfect, from the moment we got into the boat we knew we had chosen wisely!! We really enjoyed our stay at Eclypse de Mar, it’s a connection between the jungle and the sea. We enjoyed the reserve with the caimans and the monkeys. Will be back surely !

Amazing place , their staff the best , the food so tasty , I mean all of it is great , the bongalow so beautiful with the chance to get into the ocean , Rashee -Niko -Alejandro - Alfredo are so great , I love dogs and the have a couple of dogs so beautiful and helpful

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon, and it was an absolute dream. The bungalows were luxurious, the staff very friendly and accommodating, and food delicious (breakfast delivered in the morning was a bonus!). We used the bungalows as a base to explore the jungles (having a nature reserve behind was icing on the cake), as well as island hop (including taking guided tours offered by the hotel that were fantastic). We found it so peaceful and relaxing, and are already talking about returning next year.

Liked the jungle all around. Staff was not overly friendly but not horrible. Cabin we stayed at had screened areas all around wall ceiling areas so you can hear every noise from other cabins/rooms, no privacy if someone is staying there.

Beautiful over the water bungalow family stay! Our family had a wonderful 5 night stay here! We booked a over the water bungalow and it provided a beautiful every day. The staff were great! Alejandro helped us find a sloth that was in the forest behind the hotel. Breakfast was always healthy and yummy. We had dinner once and it was tasty too. We were able to swim from our bungalow, the water was about waist deep, and even kayaked around the hotel. We booked a day tour of the area with the hotel in the third day, however it was just the three of us so they transfered us to another company they worked with. Despite the reviews about the sound/music from Bank Town, it wasn't a problem and we never used the provided ear plugs. Overall, we had a very relaxing and lovely time at Eclipse del Mar!

I made a reservation to stay here in December through Priceline/Booking and then cancelled the reservation 30 days before. Despite being told in writing (over email) that there would be no cancellation fee, I was charged the full amount of the reservation, over $2000. Despite reaching out to priceline/booking multiple times and showing the the email, I have not received any response or a refund.
