Firstly we met a rude receptionist when we asked for parking directions, it made us feel stupid and out of the way, we actually spoke to another staff instead. Basically an unwelcoming start. The spa was good and the pool was not crowded in May. When proceeded to the restaurant, the staff made us wait even though we had an appointed time (yes I will be very German about this). The food was however very good prepared. The whole experience was decreased because of the staffs bad attitudes. I even wrote to the hotel and explained this. Thanks but NEXT!

Great 24 hours of relaxing, Spa, very good food, all in great surroundings. We got checked in 3 hours before the standard - very nice room and view . got a great sandwich and good message for my wife. Enjoyed the Spa and the restaurant for 3 course dinner. Especially the first and main menu was very delicious. Breakfast in top, followed by more spa and a good walk. Meantime the electric car was fully loaded Great value and experience

Although my stay was for a business conference, and not for tennis or spa (!), it was a beautiful location and a very peaceful place to stay. The staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful, and informal in a good way :) so it was easy to chat with them. Nice cosy rooms (I was in the main building) and again the location is just wonderful.

My wife and I fully enjoyed our two nights at Skansen. We especially enjoyed "kallbadhuset" and swimming in the ocean. The route along the sea is ideal for a jog or a bike ride. I can highly recommend a visit to Hotel Skansen.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, I felt more like a burden than a valued guest. The staff was inattentive and dismissive, and it seemed like they were uninterested in providing a pleasant experience. Not only were my requests handled poorly, but the overall atmosphere lacked the warmth and hospitality that one would expect. Simple courtesies were overlooked, and there was a clear lack of professionalism and care. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. As a guest, I believe it is essential to feel appreciated and respected, and unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope that necessary steps will be taken to improve the service quality and ensure that future guests do not have to endure such an unpleasant experience….

Overrated! Nice location and pretty reception and halls. Small rom and low standard for the price. Air condition in the room was not working, the sink on the toilet was clogged and had a terriable smell.
