Please note that the boat slip is only accessible until October due to water levels declining in the fall/winter. *The main house has a central HVAC system that is controlled with the thermostat on the wall in the living area. This can be used to heat or cool the house to your comfort. The apartment above the garage does not have central HVAC. A portable AC is available to cool this unit and space heaters can be used for warmth. The garage is not temperature controlled.
