그라시아 가든 부티크 호텔(Numa I Brio)

I stayed at Numa Brio with my teenage daughter for 4 nights. We used the Metro from Placa Catalunya to nearby Fontana station with a short walk from metro to Hotel. There are great shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants all within a few steps of the hotel. The area feels safe and family friendly. The room was quite small but we took a few minutes each day to organise our things and that worked well. There is free tea/coffee/water/juice in the room. There is a safe and fridge, hairdyer in bathroom. Good shower, comfy bed, quiet at night. Nice walled garden to relax with a croissant from local bakery, no restaurant or reception in hotel. Access is via a pin code sent on day of arrival. It worked well for us, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Really liked the seamless electric check in, also that i could get in soon er to the builder, work from there and there were loos available before my 3pm room was available. Equally the QR code c checkout and lockers to leave my belongings until 8pm on the day of departure was a great touch and again a seamless operation through clear instructions. One comment - the code for the key pad system is excellent BUT I was not pleased to not be able top lock the door when going to sleep as IF anyone had the code they could simply enter. I think this is not hard to add and I don't think i would be alone in wanting to lock the door. Hope this helps and thank you

They cancelled my booking due to sudden renovation 3 weeks before my stay. The hotel didn't came with a proper alternative or solution. They offered a much smaller room than I've booked in a other hotel. It's not comparable to the room I have booked. Very disappointed in their service. I won't recommend this hotel.

Small but comfortable in great location. Superb Customer services as well. Good value with tasteful and modern amenities.

This lovely little boutique hotel is in the heart of Gracia, close to several Metro stations and lots of dining options, with a pleasant professional staff, and a restful outdoor garden. I'd stay there again. While it doesn't have a coffee maker in the room, the staff will brew a guest a complementary coffee in the morning.

Excellent location, new and soundproof. Great value for money. Limited breakfast is available but it is the occasion the discover the many cafes around. Cristina at the reception will give you the best addresses for them and also restaurants.

Ho prenotato tramite Airbnb, a dicembre, un appartamento. Ieri, facendo il check-in online, scopro che si tratta di una camera di 13 m2!!!!!! Io metto sempre il filtro casa intera quando prenoto un appartamento ed ho la mail di conferma: numa | Modern room in Gràcia Barcelona Intera casa/apt, host: Numa Brio Vai al profilo di Numa Brio Lo faccio presente sia all'host che ad Airbnb ed entrambi, negando l'evidenza, sostengo di aver ragione, ne prendo atto, non posso fare nulla ed ho cancellato la prenotazione perdendo 175€, stare in una camera di 13 m2 è come stare in cella! Pessima l'assistenza sia dell'host che di Airbnb, dove la prima persona contattata (Spagna) mi ha detto che avevo tutte le ragioni del mondo, poi da Roma hanno cambiato versione. Ti senti preso in giro...

Hotel situado en una zona inmejorable entre Diagonal y Paseo de Gracia. El metro y parada de taxi muy cercano. Todo tipo de comercio y servicios en los alrededores. Muy pocas habitaciones y muy tranquilo sobre todo las que dan al jardín. Cama muy cómoda, limpieza impecable. La atención del personal es muy buena y que decir del café de cortesía, el mejor que he tomado en Barcelona.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel qui est très bien situé, on a en moyenne marché une petite demi-heure pour voir les grandes attractions de la ville. La diversité des restaurants autour est parfaite, bref l’emplacement est validé. Le personnel de l’hôtel quand à lui est charmant et serviable, rien à redire. Par contre ce qui n’est pas justifié, c’est le rapport qualité/prix de ces chambres.... 2 étoiles certes, mais qui pratique des prix de 4 voir 5 étoile! 500€ les 3 nuits, on s’attend à un petit minimum, à commencer par le nettoyage de la chambre quotidiennement, ou un semblant de petit déjeuner... mais ça encore... Le pire, c’est l’état des sanitaires. Des fuites d’eau partout, un état de vétusté avancé pour un établissement pas si vieux, une lumière de secours qui vous éclaire comme un phare dan la nuit... ou encore le manque cruel de rangement, même si le décor se veut « minimaliste ». Et l’insonorisation est très limite, on entend les voisins d’à côté aux toilettes... J’ai lu les commentaires de précédents voyageurs où depuis 2 ans la même réponse est faite aux voyageurs « le service maintenant étudie toutes ces problématiques » mais à priori, rien ne bouge... dommage, je pense qu’au final on ne paie que la position géographique...
