테누타 테골라토(Tenuta Tegolato)

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Tenuta Tegolato! It is family run and everyone was incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. The place itself is stunning--the views are beautiful, the grounds are very well kept and the pool was refreshing. The apar**ent we stayed in was large and clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked very well, kitchen was well stocked (plus anything not there they were willing to lend us!) and honestly we couldn't have asked for a better visit! There is also a BBQ you can use. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay helping with dinner reservations, lending us kitchen items we needed and helpful with issues (only one minor one with the AC which they came to fix within 15min even though it was later in the evening!)

Tuscan paradise Sharing our Tenuta Tegolato experience brings a mixed feeling. On the one hand, this place is simply amazing. On the other hand, it feels like such a hidden gem which should be kept secret to the masses :) Host Doreen is one of the most amazing hosts we’ve ever met during our holidays. She shows genuine interest and takes all the time to make sure your time at Tenuta will be unforgettable. We stayed with our two young boys (2 and 5) and we all had the best time. Apar**ent The apar**ents are in old Tuscany style, in very good quality and super clean. The beds sleep very well and the kitchen delivers on modern needs. Compound The land is located on a hill between vineyards, secured by a gate. From the first moment the views of the surrounding hills are stellar. And the garden is suburb and well maintained. We had some nice walks on the grounds and through the vineyards and olive trees. Swimming pool area One of their best assets. The smaller indoor pool is relatively warm, which was nice during our stay in April. Outdoors the pool is large including a children section. Too cold during our stay, but probably wonderful from May onwards. They also have wellness facilities (sauna and hamam) we didn’t use. Wine Tenuta grows and bottles their own wines. We had a tasting, arranged by Doreen. Great wines, finger food and talks about the history of the vineyard and wines. Overall one of our best holiday experiences. Next year we’ll be back :)

Tenuta Tegolato is the real thing. An amazing mansion in the middle of the best Tuscany has to offer. Our apar**ent (Fusi) was large, clean as can be and privacy is guaranteed. All that is guided by the always smiling landlady Doreen. Here you really have the feeling the owners truly care for their clients. No question is too much for them. And then there is the heavenly pool area: large, clean, a true paradise surrounded by the typical cypress trees. If you want to discover Tuscany in ideal conditions, than Tenuta Tegolato is without doubt the ideal place to stay. Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Colle di Val d'Elsa are all closeby. We can only be grateful to Doreen and her friendly staff for this exquisite vacation she offered us. And thanks for the excellent bottle of wine...

This place is idyllic. Stunning grounds with views of Tuscany, beautiful pool, really gorgeous apar**ent and a welcoming and friendly reception from Doreen. The wine tasting was wonderful - fabulous..

Tenuta Tegolato 24th June/1st July 2023 Tenuta Tegolato is the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Tuscany. Florence, Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano are just a short drive away from this peaceful hideaway. Nine beautifully restored apar**ents and a spectacular swimming pool, surrounded by vineyards are owned and managed by Doreen and her brother and maintained to the highest standard. My wife and I found Doreen to be so helpful in recommending local restaurants and places to visit off the usual tourist trail and our thanks go to her for making our stay “very interesting”. Tenuta Tegolato is on our bucket list for another visit. Thanks Doreen.

What an amazing place. Great hosts, too. If you can afford it then just book it.

A warm and friendly Welcome, clean and tidy rooms and hosts, that do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The property is amazing with Tuscany lookalike houses and apar**ents. Kitchen is fully equipped and everything was working well. Taking a shower lets you get awakened anytime of the day. The offeres wines are amazing and some are a bit different as the mainstream. Just like me. Best parts: landscape, wine, the siblings, especially Doreen.

Great place to chill. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly owners who went out of their way to make the stay a wonderful one. I was able to run around the vineyard and enjoy the green art around the estate. And great wines produced by the estate as well
