While property is okay, the food quality breakfast and lunch are worse. Breakfast doesn't have any option for north or south indian. Seems they daily serve missal pav and pav bhaji in breakfast with bread. They dont even honor any request for any other dishes even if you tell them in prior like puri bhaji, or dhosha or medhu wada / idli. The price they are charging is premium and services are not at all good. You have buy drinks either from outside or carry it with yourself. While the property is good, charges are very high when compared to services offered. Will not recommend anyone spend time and money here.

This was my 5th trip ( 4th with Family and one with Friends).This place is perfect for a short gateway, one of the finest sea facing views from a resort in Kashid/Murud. This is a pet friendly resort and my GSD-Oscar is welcome as if he is Cocos own pet. Oscar and Omkar's pet Scotch are best friends now. Room clean, well kept, hygienic, with awesome views. Good Malwani and home food. It makes sense to take complete package of breakfast lunch and dinner, as the thalis are not very costly and the spread of coastal food is really good. Besides the beach in front of the resort, Kashid Beach is just 2 Kms from the resortAlso enjoyable is the Cruise from Mumbai to Mandhwa Jetty, which makes the travel also very pleasurable. Pets are welcome in the cruise as well. Special mention to the owners family Omkar, His brother, Mom and Dad who makes us feel the whole vacation so so homely.
