Overall, our stay at Angsana Resort and Spa was really great, even with a small hiccup at the beginning. Booking online through the hotel website was a bit of a pain, hence had to book via a 3rd party app But Anthony, the Reservations Manager, got in touch with us to understand our problems and frustrations. Mr. Apurva, the front office manager was extremely welcoming and even walked us to our suite. The private jacuzzi and lawn were well kept and added an extra sense of luxury and delight! They also did a sweet birthday surprise for my partner with cake, cookies, chocolates, and wine. The steam room wasn't working at first, but the maintenance team, Shivakumar and Kshitij, fixed it quick fast. We had some tasty pasta and juice in our room thanks to Raghavan, l from the in room dining team . Julia, the Spa manager has us in for the real treat – Kaka and Enisa delighted us with an amazing couples' massage in a semi fresco room - made us feel one with nature, and we loved the tea afterwards. We also had some fun playing squash, air hockey, and table tennis (lots of things to do here) Dinner at the restaurant was good, and they had recommended a really nice wine. Breakfast the next day was also just right, and we even tried out the golf and archery. The Ayurvedic spa session was a perfect way to end our stay. All in all, a fantastic and enjoyable stay!
