Went to attend friends daughter marriage on 4th April. Stayed at this beautiful property. In the heart of Bengaluru. Check in n check out was smooth. They even allowed but late check out by 90 minutes too as per request. Room size was adequate. Bathroom size could have been better. Have opted for MAP plan. They offered DTH menu which was very good n tasty. Breakfast spread next day morning was nice. Whole team at F & B takes care of you. All in all enjoyed my short stay. Scope of improvement - there is 20% discount for Tata Neu members till 31.05.24. but unfortunately F & B team was not aware of it. Even how to incorporate discount in their system need to be taught. Secondly welcome drink would have been great since it was hot outside. Thanks team Vivanta

I chose HighGates Hotel on Church Street in Bengaluru once more as my spouse and myself stayed at that property in March 2023. As I was travelling on my own and just had few days I opted for HighGates due to its location and proximity to MG, Brigade Road and also the hustle and bustle of Church Street. HighGates Hotel is a nice hotel and the staff are good too. I arrived at the property at 03:00 am and the Night ***ager greeted me with a smile and said “welcome back and it’s nice to have you again at HighGates”. There was not much formalities to be done as I already had paid for the booking. The porter picked my luggage and I went directly to my room. The room is good with all the amenities free wifi, bottles of water, tea, coffee station, TV, King size bed with clean and comfy bed linen, bathroom amenities are good too. The hotel has 3 restaurants inside the property. 1). White Room where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. You can either opt to sit inside or outside in the covered terrace. The architecture is pretty colonial style and guest feels relaxed in that ambience with a well maintained garden and greeneries. The menu card is not much elaborated yet the food is good. During my stay I saw ***y non-residents coming for breakfast meeting or family breakfast there. They also have a pastry corner. I haven’t tasted it though but the cakes on display looked delicious. I only had breakfast there which is good. Roomali Restaurant is their Indian Restaurant and the restaurant has a nice decor and has seating inside and outside on the terrace. They have a varied choice on their menu. The restaurant is quite full most of the time and the food is tasty. I’ve eaten there on several occasions and I enjoyed the experience. The ***darin Box is an open concept one where you have benches and tables outside. They have a limited menu where guests come, select their dishes, order, pay and collect the food and eat. It has a nice garden around too. It’s bit noisy as it’s in the open and the tables and benches are quite close. Food is simple and tasty. I enjoyed eating there especially at night as I watched the stars and moon as I was on my own. The only downside is the rooms, bathrooms are worn out and really need a good renovation. The property looks dated. One thing which I really didn’t appreciate is that guests using room service just leave their plates outside the room. This is so unhygienic, lack of respect towards the hotel property and other guests. I believe ***agement should address the matter to guests. I spoke to Mr Viktor the General ***ager about it. Hope things would change for the better. HighGates location and staff is an asset for this property. I would like to stay there on my next trip.

외국 현지 호텔은 괜찮습니다. 인도 호텔은 더 비쌉니다. 이것은 비교적 저렴합니다. 객실은 너무 크지 않습니다. 국내 객실 유형과 비교할 수 없습니다. 예약하기 전에 호텔과 명확하게 의사 소통하는 것이 좋습니다.

I had visited Oberoi polo club for my birthday celebration and the whole team ensured that i get the best experience. I would like to specially thank MrMohit MrSaurabhR and his team, for being so hospitable and humble, the suggestions of cocktail and pizza The best I have ever had. These people added so much happiness to my day that i will surely be coming back again and again.

기억나는 여행이었습니다. 서비스는 모든 직원들에게서 볼 수있는 최고 수준의 서비스 태도였습니다. 솔직히 다른 나라와 호텔을 이전 방문했을 때 지금까지 높은 서비스 표준을 보지 못했습니다. 직원들은 매우 정중했으며 모든면에서 여행을 매우 편안하게했습니다. 우리의 체류를 편안하게하기 위해 모든 성실한 노력을 기울인 특별한 여성 프론트 오피스 직원 ms akansha를 칭찬하고 싶습니다. 그녀는 또한 우리가 호텔에 도착했을 때 매우 피곤했기 때문에 조기 체크인을위한 방을 제공하도록 준비했습니다. 우리의 체류를 매우 편안하게했던 모든 직원을 소중히하고 우리는 집처럼 느꼈습니다. 쿠도스와 7성급은 완벽하고 완벽한 서비스를 제공합니다. 확실히 다시 머물면서 친구들에게 호텔을 추천합니다.

아침 식사는 최상층에 너무 나빴지 만 최상층의 환경은 매우 열악했습니다. 음식이 차갑고 종류가 적고 웨이터가 없었습니다. 카푸치노 한 잔을 주문했는데 우유 한 잔과 매우 작은 컵이라고 생각했습니다. .

Wasim,suvankar,susovon,dipti very good service , a great customer service skill. Food was great at holiday inn. Just not that but also got a personal attention by the people here . Loving the decor at holiday inn dining area. Great service ❤️
