15일 동안 출장을 위해 이곳에 왔습니다. 이곳에서 머무는 동안 호텔에 들어온 순간부터 체크 아웃하는 날까지 잘 대우 받았습니다. 처음 과정을 정리하고 방으로 잘 안내해 준 접수 원인 Alisha와 Anoop에게 받았고, 머무는 동안 할 수있는 모든 것을 도와주었습니다. 침대가 제대로 관리되는 2 개의 별도의 침대가있는 1 인용 침대 (실은 실제로 2 인용 침대였습니다)을 가져갔습니다. 물병, 차, 커피, 설탕, 우유 파우더 패킷과 같은 칭찬은 이미 사용할 수있었습니다. 작은 냉장고, 전기 주전자도 차나 커피에 뜨거운 물을 준비하고, 우리 물건과 디지털 사물함을 보관할 수있는 찬장도 받게 됩니다 (작동하지 않았고 각 대표와 함께 사용이 이상적이지만 사용이 이상적이지만 두 번 시도했지만 정정되지는 않았지만 나에게도 필요하지 않으므로 그대로 남겨 두십시오.) 매일 청소 또는 세탁 서비스를 원할 경우와 같이 필요한 경우 룸 클리닝 서비스도 제공되며, 문 밖에서 카드를 걸면 환대 팀이 즉시 해결합니다. In keeping with the amazing Hilton hospitality, the Tech Tonic staff here makes you feel truly cared for and go above and beyond for you. Special mention to Megha, N****n, Angela and Mevin. The food is scrumptious from burgers to pasta to kebabs and of course, the pizzas ( the dough is freshly made and so light on the stomach) . A must visit! :)

Went to attend friends daughter marriage on 4th April. Stayed at this beautiful property. In the heart of Bengaluru. Check in n check out was smooth. They even allowed but late check out by 90 minutes too as per request. Room size was adequate. Bathroom size could have been better. Have opted for MAP plan. They offered DTH menu which was very good n tasty. Breakfast spread next day morning was nice. Whole team at F & B takes care of you. All in all enjoyed my short stay. Scope of improvement - there is 20% discount for Tata Neu members till 31.05.24. but unfortunately F & B team was not aware of it. Even how to incorporate discount in their system need to be taught. Secondly welcome drink would have been great since it was hot outside. Thanks team Vivanta

Wasim,suvankar,susovon,dipti very good service , a great customer service skill. Food was great at holiday inn. Just not that but also got a personal attention by the people here . Loving the decor at holiday inn dining area. Great service ❤️
