Round Tower Hotel

Didn't stay over in this lovely hotel only had an evening meal. The service wasn't great. The fish main lacked fish, the overcooked batter was very very crunchy. Not a great main course.

We had the pleasure of staying at this traditional style hotel and had a lovely stay. Our room was newly decorated with a very comfy bed and had all you would need for a hotel stay. The bathroom was clean and modern. We didn’t eat there during our stay but we did make good use of the fab bar which had a great atmosphere. Aidan, our host was very friend and hospitable. We will be back, thanks Aidan.

We are regular Summer visitors and dined in the Round Tower Hotel at the end of July. The chef from Holland has made a big impact over four years and our food ratings were very high. The dining room is very well decorated and well laid out. Most of the diners were in casual dress and notably, the menu prices are competitive. The menu is limited but the plaice, lasagna and burger were all well presented and tasted very good. The hotel owner was overseeing the busy dining room and the staff were courteous and efficient. The small traditional bar has a lot of character. Overall, highly recommended.
