There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining room, living room with sofa bed & handy boot room and utility space. Characterful features with beams and stonework plus underfloor heating and log burners for a cosy stay. From the rear garden you can enjoy views over the tranquil River Livet. Family friendly with travel cot & highchair. The cottage makes a great base to explore the beautiful Speyside and surrounding area. Walking distance to The Glenlivet whisky distillery and only a 15 minute drive to the Glenlivet bike trails. Within an hour you can reach the beautiful Moray coastline with its many beaches or be in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park with its stunning scenery and abundance of summer and winter activities. There is a petrol station, shop and restaurant just round the corner. During this uncertain time of Covid-19, please be assured that we are taking extra care to thoroughly clean and disinfect the cottage for your stay. Our housekeeper continues to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and in addition follow an enhanced cleaning protocol. This includes sanitising high-touch surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, tv remotes, lock box etc.) and wearing protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. We have also included a 24-hour buffer between check-ins as an extra measure.
